Monday-Street Corn Chicken Rice Bowls…chicken, fresh corn, avocado…YES, YES, YES!
Tuesday-Bowen Slaughter loves a Taco Bell Crunch Wrap Supreme. He asks for those weekly in our house. Wal-Mart sells these kits…
I’m going to indulge him this week and have taco salads available for everyone else.
Wednesday-Bang Bang Shrimp & Veggies
Thursday-Burger Bowls…I’ll probably make some actual burgers for the kids.

What I’m Loving
I GOT MY GIRL BACK!!
And then she left again for another camp! She told me her week at Pine Cove was an 8 or 9 out of 10. She loved it, had a BLAST, and was so excited about joining more friends at a week of camp in Colorado. She was home for about 18 hours…enough time for laundry, her to grab some of her favorite foods, and get caught up on sleep.

I just finished my last Tuscany Trip Recap on Monday! This is a friend who does not have long hair but pulled off the wig so well! haha! You can see Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3!
What I’m Reading
I FINALLY picked up a book! GEEZ! I took a long break, but I’m reading The Last One at the Wedding right now. You can tell by the title it’s a suspenseful thriller. I’m halfway through and want to sit on the couch, forgetting all responsibilities and JUST READ! So, I’d say it’s good.
What I’m Watching
Some of my FAVORITE tv was just happening! The College World Series finals…Coastal Carolina versus LSU! LSU came out on top. I absolutely love watching the College World Series, hearing personal stories, seeing the parents, etc. It’s all so good! Now, I watch nothing sports related until football is back!
What I’m Listening To
This past week we had a guest singer {who comes frequently} and he sang a song that was SO GOOD! It’s the kind of worship song where after it was over, I whispered to Tab that we could probably leave now. He “took us to church” with that song, if you know what I mean. {I can’t get the exact post to link but on this Instagram it’s the latest post.}
What I’m Doing This Weekend
This is one of my college roommates babies. This weekend we get to hang with not this sweet baby but his older brother. My roomie and her husband are going out of town and her boys are staying with friends. We’re all {but especially Britt} super excited about getting to have a little one with us this weekend!

What I’m Looking Forward to Next Month
My favorite five and I are PUMPED about heading to the beach next month. We managed to squeeze several days out of our calendar where everyone could getaway. We’re visiting a new to us location and are so excited about it! Counting down the days!
