Friday Favorites-6.27.25

Okay, summer I need you to SLOW DOWN just a bit! ha! But for real! Someone mentioned this week we’re about half finished and I was not ready to hear all of that information. SLOW DOWN, SUMMER! We need you a bit longer. 😉

I hope you’re having a great week! I’m officially missing my girl! Ebby Lee essentially had two weeks of camps back to back where she graced us with her presence for about thirty hours. Enough time for her to sleep, get all of her laundry washed, re-pack and pop into the mall for a few things for the second camp. I am READY for her to get home on Sunday!

I’m here this week with Andrea to share some of my FAVORITES from this week…

First up, some summer days I’m in workout clothes THE entire day. Many moments throughout the day are outside and instead of me sweating through some “real clothes” I’ll keep my workout clothes on all day. Or, I dress like the pic above, in a more “athleisure” look. This day was a FAVORITE…cute sporty polo with this pleated skirt.

This is kind of the opposite of a FAVORITE type of picture, but stay with me for a second. This week Bowen and I got in a lot of traffic and were at a stand still for a little over thirty minutes. It got me thinking about how THANKFUL I am this just doesn’t happen much. Whew! Because we were over it by the time we were out of that traffic. Changed my perspective a bit and had a loud karaoke session with Bowen that ended up being a great little adventure in the car.

Apparently, my Instagram knew I needed to hear this. Whether it’s a soccer field, a nice cool theater, or inside a loud basketball gym…wherever it is, I hope you’re getting to experience these moments too. It’s truly my FAVORITE!

I must add-I have more than one favorite person I get to watch. Extra fun!

In Tuscany one of my friends was wearing THE cutest lip gloss. I asked her what it was immediately and she pointed me straight to Cover Girl. As soon as I got home, I ordered a couple shades to try. These glosses are under $9! A new FAVORITE!

I totally dropped the ball on my reading habit, but just finished The Last One at the Wedding. It’s a suspenseful book that’s not too dark, kept me wanting to read, and was really good! I’ll do a more in-depth review later but if you need a good book, check it out!
