Tuscany-Part 3

How was your weekend?!

We got Ebby Lee all home from camp and she left again last night for another week long camp! It was a quick turn around but I’m so excited she’s living it up this summer.

I’m back today with the final recap of our Tuscany trip!

Thursday, we had a group activity that involved….

THESE ADORABLE VINTAGE CARS! Our plan for the day was to take a nice long drive in the countryside, end at a winery for a late lunch, and then take the bus back to our resort.

Tab had to take his shoes off to get his body to fit properly for this manual car to work. ha!

Living our best life!

The views were INCREDIBLE!

We were in a little caravan with a few guys on scooters to help and stop traffic. It was so cute to see people come out of their homes to wave or take pics of this large caravan.

This trees got me every time! This was the entrance to the winery….stunning!

We visited the Castello di Monsanto winery where they gave us a little tour.

We had a cute little lunch but at this point I was starving so I forgot about pictures!

Dinner this evening was a quick little bus ride to a tiny little village nearby where we dined al fresco.

We thought we were running late for the bus but not at all! This was at our resort…this cute little courtyard {you can see in the back left} had tables and tents. That’s where we had breakfast each morning.

Dinner al fresco with great entertainment. This little village was all around us, kids were playing all around, people would come out to see what was happening. Super cool experience!

Our last day we stayed at the resort ALL DAY! We slept in, worked a little, worked out, and enjoyed a long afternoon of pool time. I only took one pic the entire day and it was of the table post-dinner.

Look how cute the table was!! Who’d have thought to decorate with some canned tomatoes paired with real tomatoes on the vine?! It was an adorable set up!
