Paris 2025-Day 4

Hey Hey!

Should I re-introduce myself here? 😉

Sorry, friends! My Monday post I was anticipating working on in-flight to Houston this past weekend but I realized I didn’t have any pictures of Paris day four on my phone. My mom and Ebby Lee had them all so it took me a while to track them all down for you.

If you’re new here, yes, I’m still recapping our girls’ trip to Paris over Spring Break 2025. If you’ve missed any of the Paris posts so far, you can see them here…

Day 1

Day 2

Day 3

Day 3.5

On Tuesday morning we woke up CRAZY early to take a day trip to…LONDON!

I’d been before but my mom and Ebby Lee hadn’t so we threw caution to the wind, hit the train station to get the first train out that morning, and arrived in London bright and early.

Our first stop was…Westminster Abbey!

It’s ABSOLUTELY stunning!

I remember these views from watching Prince William and Kate’s wedding. Do they look familiar to you?

Just three girls strolling through Westminster Abbey.

Our travel agent had a super detailed plan for our day in London to see and do as much as possible in our eight hours in the city.

Next stop was Big Ben for a few pictures and bonus points if you snag a red London bus in the pic as well.

View of the London Eye…

Then we made our way over to the Tower of London to peruse the grounds plus see the crown jewels.

Sidenote…standing in line to enter the area for the crown jewels I spotted a man wearing a McKinney Christian Academy hat {where Andrea works}. I just randomly asked him about his hat and YES! He teaches with Andrea! SMALL world, right?

For lunch we wanted a very “London” spot so we made our way to Crown & Anchor in the Seven Dials area.

We all devoured our fish, chips, and peas. DELISH!!

We strolled around the Seven Dials area for a bit.

Before hitting up Buckingham Palace, to check that off our list.

Some spots required a cab while others we just walked from one location to the next.

From Buckingham Palace, we took the cutest stroll over to Harrod’s.

The floors of Harrod’s are fun to stroll but my favorite spot is the Fresh Market Hall on the ground floor!

At this point we were still hungry from lunch, but we grabbed some food to eat because #wheninlondon.

Before we knew it, it was time to head back to the train station for our train back to Paris.

Thanks so much for reading today, friends!

Erika, this day in London is a definite bucket list to-do item for me! I will definitely reach out to you and Mix and Match Travel when we decide to go. Your day is exactly what I would want to do! This looked like such a fun day and I can’t say enough how wonderful I think it is that you, your mom and Ebby Lee were able to go to celebrate Ebby Lee’s 16th birthday. What an incredible celebration for her, what amazing memories for all of you!
