Happy LAST FRIDAY before Thanksgiving, Friends!
This afternoon all six Slaughters will be on Thanksgiving Break and to say we’re pumped would be an understatement. I’m coming at you today with five FAVORITES before I sign off for a few days. Be sure to check out Andrea’s faves from her week as well.
The first FAVORITE from my week are these wide leg jeans. I got mine last year, they’re still in stock, and they’re ON SALE right now! If you’d like a really great pair of wide leg jeans, these are what you’ve been looking for. They’re a great length on me to wear with a boot or sneakers.

I can’t even believe I’m typing this but this guy is one of my FAVORITES! The funny thing about it is I was the one person in our family who wasn’t excited about having a dog. Please let me remind you the puppy days were TOUGH {especially for someone who had no clue what I was doing}, but now I am one hundred percent this guy’s person. He follows me around all day long. If I leave, he waits by the door. Basically, he’s smitten and I must tell you the feeling is mutual. ;). I’m pretty sure we might even be put-the-dog-in-the-family-picture people now. #notevenkidding

YOU guys are one of my FAVORITES this week! I’ve been doing some extra reflecting on all I have to be thankful for and YOU guys are definitely on my list. You guys are so patient with me when family life takes over and I miss a blog post day or when technology has it’s way with me and something goes wrong. I know that’s frustrating as a reader but thank you for continuing to follow along and be extra patient. I love you guys and am so very thankful you’re here.
