Friends! I’m having all the feels about getting back to school ready, getting work finished, organizing my house before football season is upon us, having plenty of fun with the kids, and making all the memories. I was talking to a friend just yesterday and she basically brought up everything I just mentioned. She was ALL in her feels! It was perfect for me to hear-I AM NOT ALONE! So, I wanted to share with you in case you’re in your feels too! You’re not alone, friends! ;).
In the mean time, I want to share a few shows that are super mindless, don’t require you to think and are super enjoyable to watch…
Quarterback Season 2 on Netflix…have you watched?! This season follows Joe Burrow with the Cincinnati Bengals, Jared Goff with the Detroit Lions, and Kirk Cousins with the Atlanta Falcons. This show single-handedly got me in the FOOTBALL SEASON mood!

Speaking of getting us ready for football season, have you watched the second season of America’s Sweethearts Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders on Netflix? After watching you’ll wanna turn up Thunderstruck and march through your living room. Trust me!

BIG BROTHER!! I just can’t quit this show. {Until the kids go back to school and I’m too busy to keep up, that is.}. But for now, I just can’t quit it! This show comes on three nights a week so it is a commitment BUT it keeps us all entertained with competitions, voting, and crazy shenanigans happening each night. There is a guy from McKinney on this season! I don’t know Keanu but did think his little “put sunglasses on and pretend I don’t hear Jimmy yelling at me” bit was VERY funny!

It’s short and sweet today because I’m trying to watch three episodes of Big Brother a week! ha!
Tab and Nixon have been out of town for a week for a big baseball tournament in Atlanta. I’m so excited to have all my people under the same roof again. I’m off to make sure my washing machine is ready for them. Happy Wednesday, Everyone!

We need to watch the new season of Quarterbacks. I loved Kirk Cousins last season. I did watch America’s Sweethearts. It reminds me of drill team, so I find it interesting. There’s not a lot of time for TV viewing these days. Sporting events are they only thing I find myself watching because they don’t require a lot of concentration.
I understand that completely! This is my sports “dead time”. haha!
My new show of the summer that I honestly think you and your fam would like has been Destination X! It’s like Traitors meets Amazing Race meets Big Brother. I have loved it so far and have learned a lot about European culture/geography.

My boyfriend and I binged the whole QB season on our flights to and from Texas this last week! It’s so good! And we can’t get over our (old) guy, Kirk Cousins from the Vikings! It’s so fun when they show footage at our stadium and with our team. SKOL!!
How can you watch that show without being a Kirk fan?
