The Besties are BACK and Football Fashion

GUYS!! We’re BACK!! After one super rough we-have-no-idea-what-we’re-doing-but-new-things-are-fun season and then a season where we learned a ton…The Bestie Breakdown is BACK with our first episode of Season Three!

Shay and I are so happy to be back! From tattoos {apparently it’s a hot topic} to shaving to lady parts, we cover it ALL in episode one. We are Breaking Down…Down There! Shay and I are both over-communicators when it comes to our girlfriends. We chit chat about it ALL! But after getting messages and questions from you guys we realize everyone doesn’t necessarily do that with girlfriends and frankly, sometimes there are topics that are odd to bring up. Well, girls…we chat about it for you!

I really hope you find it a good listen. 🙂

As always we would love your feedback on what topics you’d like to have us break down next.

We’re so glad to be back and we hope you are too!

And it wouldn’t be a Tuesday without a little football chat along with some fashion. ;). If you saw on Instagram {which I did a TERRIBLE job posting on because I was in full blown vacay mode}, you might have noticed I only got to catch one football game this past weekend because we were in Germany and London over the past week! My plan was to blog a couple days and then my wi-fi on the flight over was super splotchy. Needless to say, it turned into almost a complete week off. But I’m glad to be back and can’t wait to share ALL KINDS OF PICS along with a trip recap!

I happened to catch the Saints vs. Vikings game in London on Sunday which ended up being an amazing game that could have been anybody’s game until the final two seconds when the Saints’ kicker missed the field goal to tie the game. That’s exactly the kind of game I like to watch when I’m in a stadium…a super close one!

Okay, I know we’re only four weeks in BUT if you have a kid who’s interested in NFL football, then let me highly recommend you do this next year. One of Bowen’s friends and his mom are hosting a Fantasy Football League for mothers/sons. If you have girls into football, you could do that as well, but it’s been so much fun for Bowen and I. For instance, while we were out of town last week we called to talk to the kids and Bowen wanted to talk to me TO ASK ABOUT OUR FANTASY TEAM! HAHAHA! Each week we play another mom/son combo. We’re watching more games, keeping up with injuries, and are really enjoying ourselves. I’m sure at some point he’ll be wanting to do this without me BUT for now I’m really enjoying it. And we aren’t even playing for a THING-just the title of, “Winners!”. ha!

The two of us on Draft Night with hardly a CLUE what we were doing. 🙂

And then right after Bowen talked me into matching Josh Allen jerseys to kick off our Fantasy Season. {He was our first round draft pick.}

In honor of our first round draft pick, I have some Buffalo Bill’s gear for you today! I can’t wait to hit up a game in Highmark Stadium. It looks like quintessential football watching to me! On my bucket list, for sure! Check out some of the cutest red, white, and blue gear for the Bill fans out there…

Cursive Bills Hat | Red Blouse Bills Logo Sweater Logo Sweatshirt Blue Dress | Red Ruffle Sleeves Bills Jersey GameDay Bag | Red Puff Sleeve Sweater | Free People Distressed Jeans Blue Ruffle Sleeve Blouse |  Red Logo Hat

So much goodness on this Tuesday! I hope you guys have the best Tuesday. Now I’m off to fight jet lag and stay awake! ha!

XO

    This Western NY girl in North Carolina loves all things BUFFALO BILLS so this was a super cute post for me to read! Don’t forget to cook up some wings for the next game (with blue cheese not ranch)! Let’s go BUFFALO!

    Go Bills! If you ever make it to Highmark Stadium you’ll discover that the love Buffalonians have for their Bills is over-the-top! I was only in the stadium once…it was for the AFC Championship game in 1992 (against the Broncos) and I was selected by my company to “administer” oxygen on the sidelines to the players. Wow…what an experience! I moved out of state two months later, but the love for all things Bills is alive and well!

    Buffalo born and bred and have been reading for awhile. Thanks for featuring the Bills! Tailgating here is an art form! Speaking of art – we have wonderful art museums, Frank Lloyd Wright buildings and delicious locally owned restaurants! Autumn is grand too!
