I’ve shared most of these ideas before, but let me tell you…I think they deserve to be shared again. š
My family is a GAME FAMILY. When we all get together, you’ll find us eating and playing games {in no particular order}. Through the years I’ve collected a variety of games we’ve played before but I’m updating it all today. If you have a get together, party, or any event coming up consider playing one or all of these. It just makes your party more festive!
Bean Boozled Game
This one is pretty simple. You purchase this game. You can play a variety of ways…everyone spins the spinner and you taste the color you land on. We played where you had a partner and one of you spins, then you both taste the color the spinner lands on. Typically, one person got the sweet treat and one got the nasty one, which made it a little more fun to watch. š
Family Feud-Christmas Style
We used this edition of Christmas Family Feud. The blogger has done all the work for you. Our big group just split into two teams. My mom in the picture above is being Steve Harvey {one of you will have to be the host asking questions}. Then you play-just like the Family Feud you watch on t.v. The fun part about this is ALL the questions are Christmas related.
Plastic Wrap Game
For this game, I bought lots of gifts ranging from a cute beanie to a Beauty blender to hand sanitizer and then wrapped them all up in a big ball of plastic wrap. {I started by wrapping one gift, then add more plastic wrap, then add another gift, and more plastic wrap, and so on…} We had chose a number…like one on the dice and anytime someone rolled our special number they could start unwrapping the plastic. {It kind of takes a while because you know how plastic wrap is!} The next person who rolls the special number gets to start unwrapping. Any gift they break free while they’re the person unwrapping they get to keep. This was lots of fun for adults. We did a child game as well with kid toys, but they weren’t as pumped when the same person kept “winning” goodies. Just keep that in mind.
I’m not sure WHY I call it Left Right Center, but Left Center Right just doesn’t sound right to me! For this one, we asked everyone {even kiddos} to bring three-one dollar bills. You put them in front and when it’s your turn to roll the dice you do what they tell you to with the money, so if you get all LLL, you’d send all your $1 to the person on your left. At the end of the game, one person goes home with all the money.
Pass the Ornament
This is a minute-to-win-it type game. Separate your group into two big groups. You give each group one big round ornament and the first group that gets it passed all the way through their line by neck only-no hands-wins!
Snowflake Drop
With this game, you’d keep your same two big groups. One at a time, you put a little Vaseline on your nose and then must transfer all the cotton bowls from one bowl to the other. I’d try eight to ten cotton balls. The group that goes through the line first-wins! {Or you could do this just two people competing as well.}
Do You Wanna Build a Snowman
Each player gets a popsicle stick and you go through the line stacking four dice {like a snowman} on the end of your popsicle stick. When you get them all stacked, then it’s the next person in your groups turn. Again, we played like two big groups competing, but you could have just two people going head to head.
Ornament Relay
Instead of doing some relay race keeping a ball between two people, we used an ornament. š You could time people, make two groups, or just have four people competing.
Reindeer Relay
This one might have been my favorite ever! We had our two big groups…each person had to run down to a grandparent, blow up a balloon and stuff it in the panty hose. The first team to have ten balloons stuffed, had to sing-Rudolph, the Red Nosed Reindeer, and they were winner!
Check out my grandparents being such good sports!
Christmas Charades
For this one, my mom just made slips of paper and on each one she wrote the name of a Christmas song…everything from Feliz Navidad to Away in a Manger. {You could google Christmas songs.} We played charades with typical rules but the added Christmas touch just made it more fun!
These games would be great for school parties, youth group Christmas events, or a gathering of friends. I’m telling you…they always make our time together a little more festive. You should try one! #ortwo

FREE PEOPLE GOODIES
I was going to add these to my Friday Favorites because any good sale is always a favorite. š I’m just afraid the discount will be over by Friday!
This top is on major sale at Macy’s right now. And with code FRIEND you get an additional 30% off. You’ve also seen it here…
Marla has it too. š It comes in two other colors as well. I’d recommend either true sizing or sizing down if you’re in between two sizes typically.
This teddy bear Free People coat is also on sale with the code FRIEND for 30%. I recommend sizing down in this one.
My Thanksgiving top is also on sale with the code, FRIEND.
This top is on major sale with the code in red only, but would be great for Christmas.
I’m doing weird head-tilt thing and the tops is hard to see but I’m wearing this top {on sale at Nordstrom} with these leggings.
Another shot of the leggings…except not really. #toomanylegsintheway
If you’ve had your eye on a Free People item and have been waiting for it to go on sale, now is the time. You can see all Macy’s has in stock. Nordstrom is pricing matching most Free People items, but I’m not seeing as many sizes and such.
I’ve recently become a huge Free People fan. Their items are all so unique. Many are oversized so I just make sure to pair them with skinny jeans and I think that helps balance out the outfit. #hopethatmakessense
Hope you guys have the best day!

I love that your family is a game family! SO MUCH FUN! And that shot of your grandparents is precious!
We call it left, right center too! I never noticed it wasn't called that on the box until you pointed it out, lol. We play with quarters though, makes the game last a little longer. š
We call it Left, Right, Center too and play with dollar bills. š
We love LCR! We also play 5 Second Rule, along with charades for Family Game Nights
We call it Left Right Center too – Never even noticed that wasn't the order of the letters š
I love reading your blog! You crack me up!!!
Iām going to refer back to this post! Love all the game ideas!
I love playing LCR (and I say it the same way you do too). We usually play it with quarters. That reindeer pantyhose game looks like a load of fun.
