Priming Lately

Whoop! Whoop! It’s Thursday!

There’s just something about the week before our whole family goes out of town. I’m like a chicken with my head cut off running around doing all the things. It’ll totally be worth it, but this is a CRAZY BUSY week in preparation. Something that’s been my BFF the last couple weeks to get ready is….AMAZON! What did we ever do before we could get sunscreen, swim cover ups, and travel toothpaste all primed to our house within a couple days? How did our moms do it? {This is seriously something I often wonder! Right?}

I have a round up of what I’ve primed to our house over the last six-ish weeks. 🙂

Living Proof Dry Shampoo

This dry shampoo is the second edition of Living Proof’s Dry Shampoo. Not only is it supposed to absorb sweat, oils, and odor, but now it also adds softness and shine to our locks. I think this version works better than original.

Southern Pecan Coffee

My FAVORITE coffee can sometimes be found at Walmart, but it usually prices well at Amazon. And the placement of it on my doorstep is even sweeter. 🙂

Lightbulbs

Our home renovation is on the very few last steps {WAHOO!!!}, and now we find ourselves in need of light bulbs…for lamps, for actual lights, for who knows what. I went ahead and ordered a pack!

Swimsuit

Amazon suggested this for me and well, I listened. The print is cute, plenty of coverage, and I won’t be worried about anything falling out.

Face Razors

Yes, yes, yes. Nothing makes my face smoother and my make-up look better than right after I use these razors.

Craft Present

Britt has had several birthday parties to attend lately and these made the perfect gift!

Chin Lifters

My chin isn’t aging well, so here we are. These chin masks are nice and scare my kids just a bit…win, win. 😉

These two items were definitely needed for cheer tryouts last week….

Combs

Bobby Pins

Beach Gear

On every beach trip, I always pack some beach toys. The kids play with them during the trip and then we usually give them to another family on our last day. I don’t want to be adding sandy toys to my suitcase so it’s the best compromise.

Visor

I bought a similar visor years ago and loved it. I don’t like spending much money on a hat I’ll be wearing in the pool or the ocean knowing it can easily get wet. This is a perfect option!

Goggles

Years ago my aunt told me to purchase these for my kids and they’re still Britt’s favorite goggles. They’d make a great addition to your Spring Break suitcase OR an Easter basket.

And that’s about it! What have YOU been priming lately?

I need to improve my hat situation this year before vacation. Adding the visor to my Amazon list! Any recommendation for a big fedora style hat?

Oh my word, I instantly ordered the face razors. Haven’t been to keen on the ones I’ve been using. Can’t wait for these to come in. So glad Britt loves the goggles. I’ve bought them for all my grandkids. I wear them, too, when swimming with them. You have a wonderful spring break!

    Hi Erika,

Do the face razors hurt? Please excuse my ignorance, but what part of the face do you use them on?

Hey Amy! Not at all! It’s mostly my nose down but I use it a bit on my forehead too. It’s REALLY good at exfoliating.
