It’s MARCH!! Happy 1st Day of March, Friends!
March always holds some of my VERY favorite things like…
SPRING BREAK!!! {We’re on the countdown right now!…starts in two more days!}
And the start to BASEBALL SEASON!
I always love the start of a fresh month and well, I’m itching to add a little more cardio to my days. From walking to running to the Peloton bike, my goal for March is to get in just a little more movement. I decided it’d be fun to do a little Move It in March Challenge! Everyday during the month of March, let’s move our bodies for at least thirty minutes!
I know there are some days that are just BUSY! But instead of me sitting in the bleachers watching a baseball practice or wasting time scrolling my phone, let’s use our free minutes wisely. Let’s get moving this month, ladies!
And here’s the truth, if we all try to hold each other accountable, we’ll be WAY more successful. Text a friend, call your sister, or share once you get to work with some work friends. Let’s MOVE IT in MARCH, FRIENDS!

I’m packing my workout clothes for spring break!!
I have a text thread with 3 other friends called “Let’s Move – Check In” and we share whatever we did that day to move our bodies to encourage one another. It has been the best and I’m so glad we started it a few weeks ago! Everything from pilates, yoga, strength, running, walking, strollering babies, hiking, whatever it is…it’s moving our bodies. Plus we’ve shared what we’re cooking, too!
