Let’s Look-Gift Ideas for Your Mama

Time for a little Let’s Look on this second Wednesday of the month. Last month, Shay and I totally spaced and had to add it to a Friday post. That was completely our bad! And exactly what happens when you try to do all the things. Every once in a while one of the balls us moms are trying to juggle happens to fall. We’re BACK today with a little look at where we shop for our moms. With Christmas right around the corner, we heard that often moms and mother-in-laws tend to be two of the most difficult people on your Christmas lists.

It JUST so happens that I’m staying with my mother-in-law so I asked her for help on this blog post. You guys have been introduced to my MIL, Marla, before. She’s amazing, loves my kids big, can whip up some country cooking in the kitchen, and manages to do all the things always looking so good. I asked her to come up with a list of things she already has and loves. She was so happy to help and came up with a list of items that she said women her age would love!

Drawstring Make-Up Bag-She recently purchased one of these make-up bags and is loving it!

Liquid and Cream Concealer Brush-One of her favorite brushes for make-up.

Ecru Tunic-One of her favorite sweaters for fall and winter. She loves the slouchy look with skinny jeans or jeggings with boots.

Toilet Night Light-When you get up in the middle of the night the motion sensor turns this little light on and you aren’t blinded by full light in the bathroom. It’d make a perfect stocking addition!

Socks-these socks are extra cushy and DON’T slide down into her shoes when working out!

Gold Coil Bracelet-These bracelets are thin and fun! They pair nicely with almost anything.

Mini Eyeshadow Palette-Her very favorite eye shadow palette.

Destructed Denim Jeggings-She said that older ladies just don’t have the same body as the younger girls. These are her favorite jeggings that fit her nicely and are perfect for ladies her age.

Similar to Oprah’s Favorite Things, Marla was sweet enough to share some of her favorite things and if you have a mom or mother-in-law who’s a similar age with a really cute style, they might enjoy some of the items on her list.
