LAST CHANCE!

Happy Monday!

I know there are so many different ideas and theories on how/when to do college tours but when I looked at our calendar this week just seemed to be our very best option so…Ebby Lee and I are heading out bright and early this morning to tour several colleges on her list this week. I’m excited to see the college towns but I’m REALLY excited about hanging out with her the next several days.

This weekend I was getting caught up on all the laundry, packing Bowen for camp {he headed to Sky Ranch for the first time this week with a new friend}, and I decided to take some pics of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale finds that were the stars for me this year. The sale ends on Sunday so now is your last chance to score these items at these prices!

These Mother jeans are just a bit of a flare with the perfect amount of stretch. I’m in my normal size and loved the fit. I’m much prefer a straight, wide, or flare jean to a skinny jean and these are so good!

I wanted you to see they’re tight and fit well through the rear {you guys know what I mean…some make the backside look better and others not so much}. These jeans are helpful to the rear, I promise!

Realistically, I see myself wearing this bomber jacket over workout clothes but I want you to see it’s pretty cute over anything. I sized up to a medium. The back and arm material is a more ribbed/form fitting fabric while the front is a puffer material.

Oh, this vest is perfect for Texas winters. VERY rarely do we need big coats but a big vest over a sweatshirt? YES! I’m in my normal Zella size {small} and it’s a great fit for wearing heavy layers underneath.

These jeans are also true to size {I’m in a 27} but this pair is high waist wide leg. It’s a lighter denim but again, PERFECT paired with your favorite team’s tee or cozy sweatshirt this upcoming season.

Last pair I snagged from the sale…Paige jeans. I would have guessed this pair was more mid-rise wide leg that don’t have a long inseam. They aren’t “cropped” on me by any means but I won’t be wearing anything with a heel in this pair. Hope that makes sense. Again, I’m in my typical size.

Last year I got a very similar set from the sale but the sweatshirt was a cropped hoodie. I wore it all the time to games, around the house, or just in everyday life. But I’m not a hoodie girl. I think hoodies tend to get in my way and I’m constantly tugging on them. So…when I saw this same set {that feels like BUTTER!!} was in the sale with a crewneck shirt? I was pumped! I’m in a medium in the top and small in the bottoms.

Not only is the material so soft, but the band of the pants is extra comfy.

I typically talk to my friends about what they ordered and we swap hits/misses. Not only did my friend, Sheaffer, tell her blog readers to snag this set but when I talked to her on the phone she convinced me to try it as well! Once again, the fabrice is SO SOFT! I love the neckline of the sweatshirt and then the joggers fit so well. I did the same thing in this set…medium in top and small in bottoms.

I hope you guys have the best kind of Monday! See you back here on Wednesday!

XO
