Happy Short Week Friday, Friends! WHEW! This week my kids all had Monday and Tuesday off so the shortest week EVER hit and it’s already Friday! Hope you had a great week in your house! I’m here with Andrea sharing some FAVORITES from my week…
First FAVORITE is FOOTBALL SEASON! To make last week just a little more festive I decorated the kitchen island in honor of Ebby Lee’s first JV cheer game and Nixon’s first freshman game. {I had the charcuterie page set out but didn’t actually use it.}. It wasn’t cool in the slightest but it was the kickoff to football season so chili was for dinner! Is there any fall meal better?

ESPN’s College Game Day? MY FAVORITE WAY to spend a Saturday morning! This past weekend Nixon had early baseball practice but my parents volunteered to take Nixon. Guess what Tab and I did? We sipped coffee as we watched!

My sweater {a FAVORITE} is from last season and is under $20 right now. It’s the perfect transition piece for these still warm September days. Jeans are the new 2024 edition. {Mine are years old.}

This pic doesn’t really show you much but us cheer moms are already working hard on Homecoming fun. This past week we turned Homecoming mums into mum poms. The girls will use these extra festive pom poms during the Homecoming game. We’ll add to them each year and their senior year will be super festive. Fun with mom friends? Another FAVORITE!
