Raise your hand if you’re so glad it’s FRIDAY?!

IT’S ME!! IT’S ME!! My hand is UP! 🙂

Turns out that if your throat feels terribly bad every time you swallow, you might not have the allergies you thought you have but you in fact have strep. Womp. Womp. We had a few strep diagnoses in our house this week but fingers crossed we’re all in the clear heading into the weekend!

A FAVORITE around our house right now is middle school sports…

First FAVORITE was spotting #9 at the coin toss at the 7th Grade football game. He’s down there with friends so it makes it even more special.

These two little sisters have watched lots of sports together…getting to hang with friends on a Tuesday night is a FAVORITE.

This past week was the first night Ebby Lee was cheering on the sidelines while Nixon was playing football on the field. Super fun to watch!

I missed a picture of these two on the field, but snagged one as they exited.

Next FAVORITE is 8th grade volleyball!

Ebby Lee and I watched this season of The Bachelorette together and I have some FAVORITE takeaways…

*Rachel and Gabby did a great job showcasing how it looks to be a girl’s girl, cheering each other on, and being super encouraging while both dating some of the same guys for a bit. I seriously thought that could have gone the other way, but they managed friendship gracefully amidst some difficult times.

*I LOVED seeing Gabby and Erich together at the end! They looked so happy and genuinely excited to get to be together.

*But let’s talk Tino and Rachel…whoa. I’m confused. Still after watching all three hours of the show. The whole time I was torn between wanting more details and repeating, “Let him go. He’s just not that into you.” I felt like Rachel wanted a really great excuse for why he cheated but there’s no good explanation.

*Also did Aven just show up so that we ended with Rachel on a high versus on a low? Or do you genuinely think Aven reached out to talk to her? I got the vibe that was a production move.

*I know each season ends with, “the most shocking rose ceremony ever”, but I kind of agreed with Jesse Palmer. I was shocked, a few times.

I don’t have a picture of this FAVORITE, but all our kitchen appliances were delivered yesterday! WAHOOO!! They’re still in boxes and we aren’t quite ready for them to be installed just yet, but when we ordered back in January we were told it might take 52 weeks. I had my fingers crossed we’d get them sooner but always knew we might have everything else complete and be waiting on appliances. Great news though…they’re ALL HERE!
