Friday Favorites-9.12.25

Wow…what a tough week! I don’t want to get into the weeds of all that’s happened over the last few days. I’ve been heartbroken along with many of you.

Please know I’m hoping to be a bright, light, joyful spot in your day. I’m praying we’ll all be light to someone we encounter today.

Just like every Friday, I’m here with Andrea to share some of my FAVORITES {bright spots} from my week…

First up, last Friday was a BIG night for the McKinney Boyd Broncos! It was the first game in the stadium as well as Senior Night. I, along with some fellow cheer mom friends, hosted the Varsity Cheer Dinner prior to the game. Has anyone ever looked more “Cheer Mom” than I did on Friday? bahahaha!

I used a local friend who made the signs {starsprinkledbanner on Instagram, sorry my computer isn’t letting me link} and another local friend who made the balloons {pippopballoons on Instagram.

We had some fun decor because teenage girls LOVE a picture. 😉

I used some things I had for the tables as well as snagged a few new additions.

Football Lanterns, pom poms, grass squares, foam fingers

Gimmeallthesprinkles on Instagram makes the most delicious cookies! She’s so detailed and the cookies are DELISH!

I kept my Game Day Decor up for this special evening.

A local spot catered with a full bar of tacos, nachos, or bowls.

Ebby Lee and a friend 🙂

So much fun hosting these girls! A FAVORITE kind of night…until the storms rolled in right before kickoff. {But we’re finding the JOY today so I’m not gonna discuss that.}

A FAVORITE view is seeing this girl down on the sidelines for those Friday Night Lights!

*************************

Ebby Lee’s cheer team hosted a Mini Clinic for elementary age kiddos this weekend. Britt was in attendance and if you can tell by her smile, she had a really great time!

Anytime they can do something together it’s a FAVORITE of mine!

*************************

I wore this FAVORITE new outfit one day this weekend….ruffled tank {actually a bodysuit but I don’t snap it}, leopard jeans, and clear purse.

*********************

I know. I know. This show is on WAY too late into the fall season and it comes on 372 times a week so it’s a big commitment. I’m one episode behind as you’re reading this but I’M SHOCKED RACHEL WENT HOME THE WAY SHE DID!! What are the odds the queen herself went home on a week where SHE SENT HERSELF to the jury?! Big Brother 27 {yes, TWENTY-SEVEN seasons} is starting to get REALLY good!

*************************

I’m off to get my to-do list accomplished before another Friday Night spend under those special lights. Have a great weekend!

XO

I COULDN’T believe Rachel sent herself home!!!! That was epic! Man, did she need to go though. Wow! what an episode and shock. It’s so hard to keep up with how long the episodes are and all our week night activities so I’m also still behind but we did just watch that one last night!

I was SHOCKED!!! I typically turn them on while I’m working during the day. That’s the only one I have time to watch and even then, I’m watching with barely one eye. CRAZY SHOCKED!
