Happy Friday!
Today I’m waking up in sunny Florida about to board a cruise ship for our Mix and Match Travel Agency trip. Every year Shay sets a goal for our agency and if we hit our goal, then she whisks us away for a few days to bond, relax, and make some amazing memories as a work team. I’m excited about getting to hang out with these girls I talk to quite often but don’t get to see nearly enough.
But I’ve gotta be honest, sometimes we can be really excited about something and looking forward to it and also have mixed emotions. I’m not trying to be cryptic here but some people we love and care about dearly are going through a really hard time right now. It can be a bit tough to completely relax when you know others are really struggling. So while I’ll be doing my best to have fun in the sun, a part of my heart will be back home in McKinney, Texas.
