I’m BACK!! Happy Friday! Hope you’ve had a great week! I missed popping into this space to visit with you this week! Tab and I had a great little getaway {I’ll share more about it next week with some pics} this week but are back in town doing all the things. Terrible pic for you guys but this is a head gel ice cap. Typically I put it in my freezer for a couple hours and then put it on my head. It helps relieve headaches, applies pressure and is one of my FAVORITE things. We got back from California and I was pretty much allergic to every gorgeous thing blooming so I used this on Wednesday night to apply pressure. It was glorious!

We used to be fans of Liquid IV and we still drink it some BUT a girlfriend recommended these Ultima packs instead and I like them even better. Liquid IV’s have sugar and these don’t. I grabbed a multipack from Amazon but you can get them at your local grocery store as well.

I literally just got over a two day headache, the kind you get at the beginning when Aunt Flo arrives. That gel ice cap looks amazing, I added it to my Amazon cart!
