It’s a BIG day today! Guess who turns FORTY?!
My bestie, Shay, is celebrating FORTY YEARS today!
Happy Happy Birthday, Shay!!
I know many of you follow along with Shay and read her blog, but I’d love to tell you a little about the bestie side of her.
Shay is so caring, so kind, so much fun, super energetic, and always does her best to make sure whatever activity or adventure we’re on, we’re having a great time.
I’ve never met someone who can host a party like this girl…the hostess with the mostest was invented with Shay in mind.
She loves my kiddos like her own and I’m not sure about you but you can treat me anyway you like but when I see how you treat my kids-it’s a game changer!
She’s the BIGGEST prayer warrior. And when she says she’s praying about something, I know she’s meeting with Jesus daily to do just that.
This girl is THE BEST travel partner. We’ve gone to many, many places together and always have the best time returning with numerous stories to tell.
It doesn’t matter how much time we spend together, we always have something to say. I’m not sure how that happens, but it does. Always!
She is the BIGGEST cheerleader for the people in her life. This girl loves BIG, friends!
Tab and I are so thankful to call her a bestie of ours. We love her so much and can’t wait to celebrate big soon!
I’m so thankful this girl is my bestie! From playdates with toddlers to elementary copy rooms to middle school sporting events super thankful to have this girly by my side! Shay, you make FORTY look so good, friend! Hope you have the BEST day!
In honor of Shay’s big day, I’ve got a huge celebration you can be a part of! To celebrate Shay’s big day, she’s teamed up with Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital to raise $40,000 on her FORTIETH BIRTHDAY!
Over the last six years, Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital has taken such amazing care of Ashby, Shay’s daughter. I’m not sure if you’re aware or not but patients do not pay for a single thing at their hospital. From appointments to scans to bloodwork to surgeries, Ashby has been such a blessed recipient of the love, support, and amazing medical care provided by Scottish Rite.
