Daddy took a day off on Wednesday and we headed over to the Ft. Worth Zoo!! These kiddos were so excited.

Nixon wanted to check out those elephants. These were Asian elephants?? And…by far the UGLIEST elephants I’d ever seen!! They were losing their hair. They had freckles all over?? I’d never seen anything like them. I guess when I looked at them I said, “yuck” outloud. Now when Ebby Lee talks about the elephants we saw she says, “elephants yuck!”. Ha!
Nixon, Mama, & Ebby Lee…with a Bengal tiger behind us. We have Wonder Pets Save the Bengal Tiger…so this girl totally recognized what this animal was! Thanks Nick Jr.!

These kiddos were asleep before we even got out of the parking lot. We had a great time hanging out with Daddy and all those animals at the zoo!
So fun Erika!! I can't wait until the next zoo trip includes brynn!!! We need to plan our next trip to Dallas asap!!
