What we’re eating this week:
I’m not sure about you guys but we’re barely hanging on to the end of the school year. We are SO READY to be done! I’m totally slacking in the kitchen this week. 🙂
Monday-We had dinner pool side on Memorial Day.
Tuesday-Nixon had a baseball game right in the middle of dinner time so we grabbed something quick right after the game.
Wednesday-Ebby Lee is getting braces tomorrow. {She has all the mixed feelings about this!} But I promised her a last meal of her choice before she has to avoid super crunchy foods. She’s choosing Mexican food out tonight.
Thursday-Spinach and Sun Dried Tomato Meatballs are one of our favorites.
Friday-Green Chile Cheese Burgers and Guacamole are on the menu.
What I’m Reminiscing About:
I cannot believe Bowen will go to kindergarten in the fall. I promise you…just a few weeks ago, he looked like this…

And on that note, look how much they’ve all grown! AAAHHH!!!
What I’m Loving:
I’m telling you…the only thing not getting the SUMMER memo is our school calendar. Everything {and everyONE else} is feeling SUMMER. And we’re LOVING it!
What We’ve Been Up To:
We had the BEST Memorial Day weekend. I’ll have a full recap for you tomorrow. 🙂
What I’m Dreading:
I kept the laundry running all weekend, BUT I didn’t fold it or put it away. That means I have a HUGE clean laundry pile. I’m dreading it.

I just started Sophia of Silicon Valley. The reviews said it was very similar to The Devil Wears Prada, which I liked a lot. I’ll keep you posted. 🙂
I just can’t quit this one, so I’m watching the new season of The Bachelorette.
