What We’re Eating This Week…
I realize it’s only Wednesday so technically this has only happened twice this week BUT my kids have been really into helping in the kitchen. They’ve helped with dinner and have made dessert twice. Granted we’re batting five hundred on the dessert. One night the brownies were delish and the second night the cupcakes were, “weird and disgusting”, according to Britt.
Monday: Spaghetti
Tuesday: Salmon
Wednesday: Cheesy Ranch Tacos
Thursday: Homemade Pizzas
We kept things simple in the kitchen this week. 🙂

AWWWWW…sweet baby Bowen. And check out my photography skills. My ability to snap that picture right as the flag was waving in front of Tab’s face is a bit impressive. ha!
What I’m Loving…
All things SUMMER! On sunny days we’ve been taking full advantage of time spent poolside with friends.
What We’ve Been Up To…
ALL THE CAMPS, pool time, lots of College World Series baseball watching, playing outside, and working as much as I possibly can in the early mornings and late nights.
What I’m Dreading…
More rainy days. This was my answer in May and I’m still feeling that way. This week the weather has been yucky…ugh!
What I’m Working On…
PACKING! We’re going out of town this weekend and I’m already starting to gather up what we’re taking.
What I’m Excited About…
I mean…is anyone else excited??!! Big Brother is BACK on July 7th! Who’s gonna be watching with me?!
Yellowstone is keeping us guessing on when Season 4 will be back! But I’m here for it…whenever the date happens to be.
AND THE SUMMER OLYMPICS!!
I’m clearly way too excited about my upcoming tv watching. 😉
What I’m Watching/Reading…
COLLEGE WORLD SERIES!
This was the first World Series tournament our family has really gotten into…like even Ebby Lee was watching every night. Some evenings we were all cheering for the same team and other nights we were a house divided.

Celebrating the 4th of July! This year we’ve got some new plans scheduled and are all looking forward to changing it up in 2021!
