What We’re Eating This Week
Monday-We had a random jambalaya casserole. Super random…turkey sausage, shrimp, rice, etc. Ebby Lee had a fundraiser earlier this year where she sold random food, popcorn, and snacks. I snagged a jambalaya kit and well, here we are. Needless to say, I’ll skip this in the fundraiser next time.
Tuesday-Meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green peas. Yes, yes, yes. My kids love potatoes. I wonder where they get that? ha!
Wednesday-Angel Chicken with rice and salad.
Thursday-These are busy days for us so we’ll be grabbing a quick dinner in between random practices/games.
Friday-OUT because weekend. 🙂

I’m reminiscing about Valentine’s Day 2019…this was just three years ago but look how little they were. Time is such a thief.
What I’m Loving
I’m loving this pullover! Love the hood, love the color, and love the fit…I’m in the M/L.
What We’ve Been Up To
NFL PLAYOFFS…we’ve been watching so intently! As you know Bowen is a huge Chiefs’ fan and Ebby Lee made a vow that whatever game she went to of Tab’s for the first time, whatever team won she was becoming a fan which leads me to want to introduce you to the newest Cincinnati fan, Ebby Lee. Last weekend I’d just rented a girly movie for the two of us to watch and she said, “Wait, Mom, what time is it?”…when I replied she said, “Oh, can we watch the Bengals’ game first?”…and then she had us watch the ENTIRE game! I was shocked! haha! And then this past weekend she had her Bengals’ gear on, snacks on hand, and was waiting for the game to start! I texted Tab a picture with, “Who IS SHE?!”. It’s working well. Now she has a reason to trash talk the boys just as much as they trash talk each other.

Closet Clean Outs…ugh! Doesn’t sound fun at all!
What I’m Working On

What I’m Excited About
We were super undecided on our Spring Break plans until this past weekend. We just got Spring Break 2022 planned and I’m really looking forward to it. With kids in sports we had to wait to find out if one would be playing over the weekend, which is what took so long. We’re booked and I’m now looking forward to a really fun week with my people.
What I’m Watching/Reading
I shared this book with you just last week, but it’s still what I’m reading right now. Love Her Well, a great one for moms of teen daughters!
And I’m not really watching anything at the moment, but you know what’s back soon? CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER!!

My face is all kinds of weird in this picture, but I’ve been wearing this Target top. The middle is a thin sweatshirt while the sleeves are more like a blouse. I sized up in this one.

I get to watch my favorite 12-year-old play in a volleyball tournament!
What I’m Looking Forward to Next Month
I’m looking forward to celebrating Valentine’s Day with my people. February is the last month of a slower pace before all the things begin so I’m going to try my best to soak it all in!
