Today should REALLY be a holiday.

Was this anyone? I’ve gotta be honest. Very rarely do I sit on the couch and not move for approximately three and a half hours but that’s exactly what I did yesterday. It’s totally allowed on Super Bowl Sunday, right? 😉
The reason I didn’t feel one thread of guilt is because right before the game started I completely cleaned out the pantry.
This was me right before the clean up! hahaha! It had gotten OUT OF CONTROL!
I got a tad nervous about someone knocking on my door asking to check out the pantry!
This had become the motto.
And this explains WHY our pantry was such a hot mess!
All that to say yesterday was full of church, a third grade basketball game, hours cleaning out the pantry, and then I plopped myself on the couch to watch the ENTIRE football game. I went to bed with a big ole smile on my face and was wondering the entire time how I could throw a party in my pantry. {Because I’m so proud and want everyone to see it all clean! hahaha!} I promise to share some pictures with you soon!

I know exactly how you feel!!! I cleaned out our pantry a few weeks ago. It was so bad we couldn't even walk into it; when you took something off a shelf, a bunch of stuff fell off onto the floor; it was a MESS!!!! Now it's so clean & roomy, I just want to go look at it. HAHAHAHA!!!!!!
Oh my word. My pantry needs some attention as well. And now I'm afraid somebody is going to knock on my door too. Under my sink is just as bad. I better get busy. 🙂

Yes, we discussed this with friends last night that there should be no school on Monday after Super Bowl! I've got tired kiddos this morning but they say it was worth the fun to stay up late! Ha! Simply Tish
