Show and Tell Tuesday-Grown Up Parties

Hi Friends!

It’s Tuesday, which means I’m showing-and-telling with Andrea.  We’re sharing any and all grown up parties.  You know what I learned while working on this blog post?  I don’t throw enough grown up parties.  Let me rephrase that-I don’t really throw any grown up parties.  I’m hoping it’s just a phase of life thing.  Maybe this is something I should work on?!

It’s gonna be really short and sweet because I don’t have much to show you…haha!

Marla (the most fabulous party-thrower in our family) threw Tab a football birthday party.  It was super cute, complete with eye black, party favors, and tailgating food.

A couple years ago I hosted a birthday party for Marla (at her house because she invited neighbors-so it seemed easier for everyone) and coined it her “Favorite Things” party.  We had some of her favorite foods in tow, favorite friends, and favorite things.  I brought enough of her “favorite things”-all different- for each party guest to leave with something that was one of Marla’s favorites.

I shared recently about the Favorite Things Night at my house-notice I didn’t use the term “party”, but I’m including in this post anyway.  🙂 We all brought a couple of our favorite things and left with some new favorites.

Hope you have the best day!  I’m off to plan a big party…working on the details now.  Only one thing is for sure-it’s for GROWN UPS.  😉

Ha! When I saw this week's Show and Tell Tuesday post, I was at a loss. No big grown up parties here. Looks like we need to hit the books and plan one ASAP.

Such cute parties! And I don't think I've ever thrown an adult party! I mean, I host holidays at my house … I guess that could count. 😂

This link-up has made me want to throw all the parties, but my kids' schedules are telling me 'whoa mama! You have plans already.' Happy Tuesday.

LeAnn-Yes, ma'am! I got it changed. So sorry about that! I was walking into the office to change it and someone called and I completely forgot. 🙂

I used to be so good at throwing parties! I don't know what happened! I need to start again! Any excuse for a social gathering and I'm there!

If I had known you were doing this theme I would have sent you pics of the Pirate Party, Mexican Siesta Party, or the Country Bumpkin Party! ❤️
