Ebby Lee all dressed for the recital!!
Adorable!!
I should start this off by saying that I’m obviously still very hormonal with a 2 1/2 week old baby. You’ll see why I said that in just a second. Saturday afternoon was Ebby Lee’s Christmas ballet recital called, “It’s Christmas in Texas, Y’all!”. Their group was the 3rd group to go. The stage was decorated so well! All of the little performers looked adorable in their costumes. The first group out started dancing. I noticed the mom in front of me was holding up a video camera and she started crying. That’s ALL it took! ha! I could tell from the back of her head that she was crying and it was too late! Tab looked over at me and started CRACKING up! For many reasons I’m sure but the number one reason that I was crying and knew absolutely none of the kids out there dancing!!! What a mess!! ha! But..Ebby Lee and Kirby did a fabulous job!! They were SO cute! I teared up while they danced too so that justified the tears a little, right?
I was afraid that Ebby Lee was going to talk about how she did NOT like dancing in front of all of those people. But..she shocked me! She said that she loved dance because she has recitals and shows! ha! Safe to say that dance recital #1 was a huge success!!
