Hey Friends!
I hope no matter where you are you’ve stayed warm and safe this week. What a scary mess this has been for so many here in Texas. My family has had power and water since mid-day on Monday. Thank you for the messages and for checking in on us. You guys have been so sweet to reach out. Thank you-from the bottom of my heart.
I heard someone else say this hasn’t been a carefree snow experience and I couldn’t agree more. We’ve had power but just knowing neighbors all around us are suffering makes it a completely different thing than just fun snow days off from school. Please keep Texas in your prayers.
One positive thing I have seen throughout this last week is how our community came together to meet needs. Loving your neighbor has been happening here in Texas.
In case any of you are planning to link-up I wanted to make sure to post this. I don’t have a list of favorites today but will be back on Monday. Andrea and I are sending lots of love from Texas!
If you’re looking for some ways to help, Sheaffer shared a lot of options in this post. And as always with many stores low on food here in North Texas the McKinney Little Free Pantry will be as busy as ever. You can donate directly to their organization where the money goes to stock the pantry locations.
Thank you for all the prayers, friends! Texas can feel them!
XO

I wish I could open my doors to those in Texas. It's about 80-85 here in Florida. I feel so bad for them!
