Friday Favorites-9.5.25

Happy FRIDAY!!

I must apologize. During my long weekend, I picked up allergies or a cold or something that had me doing the opposite of laboring over my Labor Day weekend. I left you hanging on Wednesday!

But I’m back and feeling so much better! Thank you, Jesus!

I’ve got a round up of FAVORITES from my week and as always, I’ve teamed up with Andrea to share.

Kicking off my first FAVORITE from the week…

Last Friday, Tab, Bowen and I headed to Lubbock, Texas, to watch the Lovejoy Leopards play under those West Texas Friday Night Lights. We caught an early flight {Bowen didn’t have school} and thanks to one of Tab’s football friends were able to tour the Texas Tech football facility. Spoiler alert-It was SO NICE!

We got to see the locker rooms, the weight rooms, the field, the meeting rooms, and more. Super cool experience for all of us but Bowen was living his best life!

Later that night we got to watch our #11 suit up for his first varsity game of the year!

We ended with a Lovejoy WIN!! What a game and that victory made it so much sweeter!

Meanwhile, my FAVORITE cheerleader was cheering under the North Texas Friday Night Lights! We’re doing our best to juggle two high school schedules and are trying our best to see as much as humanly possible. Tonight, I’ll be cheering on our cheerleader while Tab watches Nixon.

Shay dropped this book, Unoffendable, off for me this week. I didn’t even know I was someone easily offended, but I think maybe I am {or maybe I should say was?}. I started reading and am REALLY enjoying it! A new FAVORITE book!

Here are some FAVORITE NFL looks for this season…

Another FAVORITE night…getting to watch Bowen’s FIRST Middle School Football game!

We didn’t get the ending we were hoping for but these boys played so hard! What a NIGHT for those Lovejoy Leopards!

Super proud of our #33!

I hope you guys have the best weekend! Thanks for reading today!

I hope you weren’t offended that I dropped Unoffendable off at your house. If you were, you should keep reading. Bahahaha! 😉 It’s FRIDAY! xx

GIRL! I actually thought of how that would come across and tried to write it differently 75 ways BUT finally, I was like if someone reading this is offended that she dropped the book off they need to read it too. 😉
