Hey Hey!
AWWWW! In the midst of a busy fall season, tonight my people have nothing on the calendar. WAHOOO!! We considered lots of options for our evening but since our tomorrow kicks off early with a softball game, we’re gonna stay in. And I must tell you, I’m PUMPED about it. The older I get the more I prefer a cozy night at home. Hope you’re just as excited about your Friday night plan as I am mine. 🙂
In true Friday fashion, I’ve got some Friday FAVORITES I’m excited to share with you! As always, I’ve teamed up with Andrea to bring you these faves.
This is an oldie FAVORITE but one I don’t think I’ve shared on here….I ordered this bag way back in the spring for myself and for gifts. {Think teacher gifts} It’s definitely a FAVORITE! The bag is back and in stock with lots of colors! I snagged the navy bag with two different shades of pink for my monogram. Another baseball mom had this same bag last weekend in navy with pink/orange for her monogram. It was really cute!
Also, they just released these new puffer pouches that are dealing! And another great gift idea!

I’m sure you guys have seen these pumpkins ALL OVER the internet! Or at least similar ones. :). I kept seeing people share them from Walmart but they were sold out every time I looked. I found this guy at Target for a great price {and they’re still in stock}.
Kind of a terrible picture but because these pumpkins kept selling out, I opened the box, took pics and am posting. These three smaller, candle holder pumpkins came in a pack. {And again a REALLY good price.}
Champ was a fan!

I got to spend a bit of my morning with my FAVORITE second grader on her field trip to a local farm. The weather was absolutely amazing which made it an even better morning.
And Britt ended the night with a softball game where she spent an inning playing catcher. Maybe watching her do that is my FAVORITE thing! SOO funny!

Let’s talk about The Perfect Couple on Netflix…a new FAVORITE! Here are a couple of my quick thoughts…
*WHY do they do that weird dance during the intro? I feel like it has nothing to do with the show?!
*I thought the female actresses were all AMAZING! Nicole Kidman killed it! Dakota Fanning, Eve Hewson, Meghann Fahy….they were all so good!
*I read the book but for the life of me couldn’t remember who was the murder so it felt like the first time I was experiencing this mystery.
*There were many times I was guessing wrong and ended up VERY surprised by the killer {but she was creepy the whole time so not too surprised}.
I’d totally recommend this show! If you’ve watched, what’d you think?!

And last but not least, it’s that time of year where my summer glow is fading. I caught a glimpse of myself in a mirror last weekend mid-baseball tournament and I looked ROUGH! I went home and applied sunless tanner. Just a reminder THESE SELF-TANNING DROPS FOR FACE, are my FAVORITE! I mix with a little moisturizer and voila!

I’ve got a big football game to attend this weekend and will be out of town so pop back here on Tuesday for a little recap. See you then!
XO
I loved the perfect couple! I read the book forever ago too and also couldn’t remember the killer but for some reason I thought it was an accident…then I googled it when it was over and they changed the ending to make it more exciting for tv! Have a great relaxing night in and the rest of your weekend!!
I should google how the book ended because I don’t remember!!
I loved the Perfect Couple!! I read the book and was so happy to see they made it into a series! The dance and song has gone viral which is fun to see! Have a great weekend!

I keep seeing memes about it! haha!
OMG, yes! I wondered the same thing – what did that dance have to do with anything??
xo,
Kellyann
MAKES NO SENSE!!
I stand by the fact that I LOVE the opening dance number. I agree it’s strange and feels out of place, but that doesn’t keep me from being full-blown obsessed.
BAHAHAHAHA!! We had different reactions to that dance! I was like, “HUH?”. And you probably stood up and started dancing with them! haha!
I’ve seen your super cute navy bag in person and can attest that it’s ADORABLE!
Awww…thanks!
So I too loved The Perfect Couple. I found out that the dance was actaully added in last minute. The director thought since the storyline was “heavy” that a dance would be a fun and I guess “cheerful addition.”
I’m SO glad you commented! THAT makes some sense! Just to lighten it up a bit?
