It’s FRIDAY!
I hope you’ve had a great week. I’m peeping highs in the EIGHTIES {upper eighties, but who’s REALLY paying attention to that?} next week which tells me good things are coming! Hope you’re starting to see bits of fall wherever you are as well!
I’m signing on today with my girl, Andrea, to share some FAVORITES from my week…
First FAVORITE, this meme! Anyone else feel this way? I’ve gotta tell you there’s a really sweet lady in my neighborhood who walks her dog around the same time I walk Champ. You know I’m a rookie dog owner so while I think Champ is pretty well-behaved there are times where I’m like-he has no manners. We’re working on it. But anyway, Champ and I will be walking and I’ll see my neighbor and her dog. Her dog doesn’t even flinch, pull on the leash, etc. meanwhile Champ is acting like a lunatic trying to get to her dog. URGGHHH!!! I just saw them on a walk earlier this week and was able to change directions so Champ never spotted them. Needless to say, when I saw this meme on Instagram, I knew it was speaking to me. 😉

This past week the stars aligned and my high schoolers had football games on different nights so we were able to see…
Thursday night lights in Toyota Stadium with Nixon and the Leopards.
They came home with a big win!!
Then we got to see Friday Night Lights with our FAVORITE cheerleader and the Broncos!
It was JERSEY night so even the cheerleaders participated!
If every week would line up like this, it would be perfection!

Okay, Britt thinks she’s too old for a traditional bow but she loves this longer ribboned bow trend. I bought her this pack from Amazon that comes with TWENTY FIVE bows in a variety of colors. Britt loves them! They’re her FAVORITE!

Ummmmm….have you guys seen this?! WHOAAAAAAA!!!!
I’m gonna be careful not to give any spoilers away BUT basically teens are sent terrible texts from an unknown number. When you discover who the texts were coming from, you’ll be shocked! I’m not gonna say it’s a FAVORITE because it’s a terrible story and I feel awful for those kids. But, it’s a really good documentary to watch!

Last FAVORITE of the week….the next time we’re back together, Monday, September 22nd, it will officially be FALL!! That’s a FAVORITE, for sure!

I totally relate with that meme! My little Goldendoodle is crazy any time he spots another dog or a person or a car! I started letting my husband walk him because he behaves much better with him.

My dog is very sweet but he does the same thing on a leash which is why we walk him after dark 🤣 I am not sure but I think that’s called leash aggression? 🤔 Anyway, you are not alone!!
