Happy Friday, Friends!
It’s been a while. I think averaging two posts a month this fall will be a good estimate. 😉 I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned this before but Ebby Lee being a senior is SO FUN! She’s so excited about all the things and we’re so thankful we get to see it. Seriously, soaking it all in. But that right there is because I’m missing every week’s post. I know these days are limited so I’m being present as much as humanly possible, having THE HARDEST TIME saying “no” to anything, and will put this on the back burner if it means engaging more with my people and the people they love. I hope you’re spending your days loving on your people as well. Thank you again for being patient with me. In just a few years, there will be hardly any kids here and I’ll be sharing all the fall shoes and game day looks with you. 😉

First thing first…I couldn’t let today pass without mentioning September 11th. It’s hard to believe it’s been 25 years since a day that so many of us can remember so clearly. I’m sure so many of you can remember exactly where you were and what you were doing when you heard the news. Today I’m remembering the lives that were lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families whose lives were forever changed. May we never forget.

Nixon and Luke were in the same KINDERGARTEN CLASS together!
Those were probably pics only a mom or a football dad would be really into! ha! SORRY! When I tell you I have 14 videos of Bowen’s game, I’m not kidding! But ask me if I have a single picture? NOPE!

Bowen’s been living his best life as well! A big group from his football team met up at Hutchin’s BBQ on Labor Day for lunch. He went to the Texas game this past weekend with a friend and is headed back to Austin tomorrow to watch another game. Football + friends are his FAVORITE!
