It’s FRIDAY!!
This new school year is bringing EARLY wake up times in the Slaughter House. I’ve been up at 4:00 a.m. every morning this week which also means our house has been going to bed really early! Needless to say, the Slaughters will enjoy our weekend and not setting those alarms SO darn early!

The girls started back to school on Tuesday and they both had a FAVORITE first day! {I took pics of everyone on their first day but am agreeing to keep those big kids to myself. Britt didn’t mind I share.}. This third grader had a GREAT day back!

I popped into Trader Joe’s this week and found this sliced Black Truffle Monterey Jack cheese! Ebby Lee and I LOVE truffle anything! This is a FAVORITE especially right in time for back to school lunches!

I know I sound like a broken record but Tab’s been traveling a LOT lately for football but he arrived in town on Sunday which happened to be his BIRTHDAY! I’d made dinner reservations so we all got to enjoy a nice family dinner before he left again for more football and the chaos of the week took over. These five around a table with me is one of my FAVORITE things in the world.

Speaking of Tab being gone for football, a fellow wife texted me about Training Camp being live. I logged on and was CRACKING UP! Tab was ALL over that video footage. I can’t wait to share some FAVORITE with him when he gets home!

Ebby Lee’s cheer team would LOVE to have your daughter, niece, sister, granddaughter, neighbor, etc. join them at this Cheer Clinic! This is always a FAVORITE day of Ebby Lees!
