Friday Favorites

Momfessionals

Happy Friday, Girls!!  In typical Friday fashion, I’m joining my girls, Andrea and Narci, to feature our Friday Favorites.  Hope you join us!!

I have a LOT of randomness to share with you today.  Seriously…prepare yourself.  ðŸ™‚

If you’re new to the blog, you should know I’m a stay-at-home mom/Rodan and Field’s consultant.  I started back in May and am absolutely loving it!  I’m loving the products.  I love the hours (can work as much or as little as I’d like).  I love talking skin care and helping people love their skin!  And…I’m loving the money!!  If you’d like to learn more about this business please send me an e-mail alittlebitofeverything83@yahoo.com.

We have the perfect regimen for all skin types…acne, sensitive skin, sun spots, or fine lines.  I’d also love to tell you more about our products, so shoot me and e-mail if you want to learn more.  Every month I have a special incentive for new Preferred Customers.  This month…

I’m sending a mini-facial to ALL Preferred Customers who place an order.  No matter if you’re a new PC or an old one….I’m going to send you a mini-facial so you can pamper yourself.  ðŸ™‚  Our mini-facials come with our Micro-Dermabrasion Paste (one of my very fave products!), a Night Renewing Serum, and a Lip Serum.  Who doesn’t LOVE free stuff??  I do!!

Also…I found this!!  Apparently Kelly Bensimon from Real Housevies of New York loves her some Rodan and Fields as well!  ðŸ™‚

#2 Oktoberfest

Last weekend our town hosted their own little “Oktoberfest”.  Our town has a super cute downtown area where they host things like holiday parades and special events around holidays.  One of my girlfriends, Sarah, invited the kiddos and I to join her and her son on Saturday morning.  The weather was PERFECT!!  We got there right when the party started, so there weren’t many people.  It was a fabulous morning for some outdoor fun!

Our first stop was the firetruck!  These kiddos were all about checking out the fireman and his truck.

Second stop…the barrel races.  They were watching to see what they had to do.

Ebby Lee and Molly raced each other.  (I invited my friend, Sarah, too.  So it was me and two Sarahs on Saturday.  ha!)

These girls owned those barrels!

Nixon and Peyton went next.  Peyton thinks Nix is the coolest thing ever and does everything Nix does.  It’s so sweet!

Handsome little guy 🙂

Bowen refused…so Maggie raced another girl.

Then we hit up the petting zoo.  My kiddos are all about petting some petting zoo animals.

This llama/alpaca thing was hilarious.  It had the most stoic expression on it’s face the entire time we were in there.  Sarah (confusing because both my friends are Sarah, but go with it!) came up to my dying laughing because of that animal’s face.  Then she made me laugh and pretty soon we were the crazies cracking up in the petting zoo!

I had a great day with these girls!!  We had a yummy German lunch, watched some dog races (Nixon’s fave), and then we headed home for a little Saturday afternoon rest.

These leopard booties finally came in the mail.  Don’t pay attention to my ashy knees!!  hahaha!  I absolutely LOVE them!  They’re super comfortable.  There is just a little heel.  If you were on the fence, you should try them.

While I’m on a leopard shoe kick, I must include these flats.  I was apparently a bit of a hot mess when I did my Wednesday post and forgot the link for these flats.  They’re on sale for under $45.  Also come in a cute red plaid.

#5 Carpool

Bowen and I hanging out in the carpool line.  Tab worked from home on Wednesday, so Nixon hung out there while we picked up Ebby Lee.  Not sure what Bowen was thinking!  He actually CHOSE to go sit in the carpool line!  haha!

#6 All About My Girl

She modeled this cute outfit from the new Matilda Jane release.  Check out Andrea’s blog if you want to learn more about ordering.  They have some CUTE stuff!

I went to eat lunch with Ebby Lee yesterday at her school!

Sunday for church…this girl was in a smocked apple dress. If that doesn’t scream, “September” I don’t know what does. 🙂

This girl is loving school and I’ve never been happier.  Sending your kiddo to kindergarten is tough, but knowing that she’s having so much fun makes it SO MUCH EASIER!

Have a GREAT weekend!!

I bet you were SO EXCITED about the petting zoo. I know how much you love a good petting zoo. 🙂 You looked so cute at Oktoberfest, and Ebby Lee is looking way too grown up for my taste! Why can't they just be little forever?

We really wanted to take our kids to Oktoberfest the year, but our weekend was too packed. Hopefully next year! We did go there to head to a birthday dinner on Saturday night and it was SO crowded. I'll do what you did and head there early next year! And, those leopard booties are super cute!

Wondering if you got your regular size in the leopard booties or did you size up 1/2 size like the reviews say to do? I love them!!

For the leopard booties, I ordered my regular size. I do have to unzip both sides in order to get my foot in them, but they fit great.
