Happy FRIDAY!
Here we are in November and 2023 is winding down. Let’s find some FAVORITES in our last weeks of the year. {I can’t even believe I’m typing that!}. In true Friday fashion, I’m teaming up with Andrea to share some favorites. Today, my FAVES are all life lately kind of moments.
First up, this outfit was a FAVORITE….
Red/white stripe puff sleeve top, jeans {similar}, and loafers.

This past weekend was a FAVORITE…you might not be able to tell from this picture but that is a cold, rainy Saturday happening in my backyard.
Every sport we had on Saturday got cancelled and I was living my best fall girl life.
College Game Day with Halloween decor, big breakfast and TWO cups of coffee…favorite, favorite, favorite!

Ebby Lee’s taking Floral Design this year and each month they get to bring home some type of arrangement they make in class. She brought this home on Friday…FAVORITE! Isn’t it cute?

Saturday evening we carved some pumpkins while the Rangers were playing and the heaters were on back on the patio. These two and I had a FAVORITE kind of Saturday night. Also, please note Britt’s heels. She wore those ALL day around the house and even outside this evening on wet concrete. I probably repeated, “Be careful”, ninety-five times.
Bowen’s Rangers’ inspired pumpkin was GOOD, right?
We lit these and could see them from inside the house all night!

I mentioned the 8th Grade Football Moms SHOWED UP for the last game day by decorating the locker room…FAVORITE!
These moms have some skills!
Didn’t it turn out SO CUTE?!
And the fact the boys were all surprised on Tuesday morning made it even better!
Since their last game day fell on Halloween, we decided to have a special game day breakfast. We made some Halloween goodie bags with candy!
We decorated the library and had Chick-fil-A breakfast sandwiches, fruit, drinks, and coffee for the coaches.
It was absolutely perfect! All the boys were so thankful and appreciative.
I was just reminded what a great group of boys this is.
And because I’m terrible at spatial reasoning I purchased approximately 8 too many gallons of chocolate milk. hahahah!
This team is special. I have no doubts Nixon will always look back at his eighth grade year with these boys and will have some of the best memories!

Halloween Night was a little different this year! Ebby Lee {the NFL official} went to hang out with her friends…some were football players and others were also officials. While Britty was the cutest Snow Queen. She trick or treated in the neighborhood with Marla.
Her FAVORITE thing might have been the light up function of her dress. 😉
Meanwhile Bowen was a Ranger’s player and he hung with a friend {the T-Rex}.

After a quick Halloween dinner, Tab, Gary and I made our way to watch our FAVORITE thirteen-year-old play in his last eighth grade football game. The game started rough but our Lions battled BACK in the fourth quarter by scoring 24 points to WIN, 24-12.
FAVORITE kind of night ends with a Lions WIN!
It’s been fun to watch this kid this season!
I promise you-it feels like they were literally just FOUR!
After seeing this picture, Tab’s dad said, “Oh my gosh! Nixon’s taller than me!”. It happens SO quickly!
What a SEASON!

And this week Ebby Lee’s cheerleading squad wrapped up their last football game {on one of the COLDEST nights this fall!}. Watching our girl doing one of her FAVORITE things is our FAVORITE!

That’s a bit at my FAVORITE moments of our life lately…Happy Friday, Friends!
