Hey Hey! It’s FRIDAY!

My parents rolled into town yesterday afternoon to catch a particular freshman’s football game and see numerous other sports over the weekend. It should be FUN!

Before I get to my FAVORITES from the week, I need to give a HUGE BIRTHDAY SHOUT OUT to one of my FAVORITE people…

HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SHAY! She’s ALWAYS down for an adventure, is quick to say, “YES”, to some of my often crazy ideas, is super loyal to the core, is a Mama Bear protector to all of her people, and is one of my very FAVORITES! Love YOU and hope you have the VERY VERY BEST day! If you see her today, please wish her a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

And in true Friday style, I’m joining forces with Andrea to share some of my FAVORITES from the week…

First FAVORITE has been Bowen’s tackle football games. Each Saturday I get to watch he and his friends suit up to play their first season of tackle football. Every once in a while we get lucky and the weather is magical.

This weekend I got to hang with some of my FAVORITE ladies at the Mane Gait Gala. The night is always a great one with a pre-party at a neighbor’s house, the gala event and another neighbor always wraps up a little after party. Tab was missed this year but I’m so glad I got to go and make some fun memories with these girls.

And we ALL love a photo booth! Who can resist?! There was a moment when about twenty of us tried to cram into this little rectangular square, I actually did resist that. 😉

I also got to spend about 24 hours on a little girls getaway with another set of FAVORITE girls! These two were my road trip partners and the Buc-ees visit was a MUST!

We’ve been hearing about “The Ranch” for years and years. It’s a spot where Sheaffer and her family spend lots of time, but I’d never gotten to visit. Until now..

We finally got to experience it and well, it was a bit magical! Sheaffer was the HOSTESS with the MOSTEST! And we all had had great getaway! I’m anxiously awaiting my next visit to The Ranch!

Britt played in her first round of softball playoffs on Tuesday night and it might have been my FAVORITE game ever. The game ended with a tie so we had not one but two innings of overtime and almost two full hours of softball. It didn’t end like we’d hoped but WHAT A GAME!
