Friday Favorites-1.26.23

Whew! It’s been a good week around here! I headed out of town on Monday with Shay for a work trip. We got back yesterday afternoon and while I have lots of work to catch up on today I much prefer rolling into a weekend after a trip versus arriving home on a Monday! Know what I mean? Speaking of that trip, I have some BIG NEWS to share with you in just a bit…keep reading. 🙂

My first FAVORITE has to be the new announcement from Mix and Match Travel Agency! We’ve been quietly planning some Universal Studios trips for {mostly} return clients but we’ve decided to open this destination up to everyone! We decided to visit Universal Studios on this trip, we stayed at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, spent one entire day on a tour {which was incredible}, and ended the night with two exhausted 40-year-olds.

A work getaway with this girl is always a FAVORITE!

Please don’t mind my random white tank. I saw these packages after church on Sunday and wanted to try them on for you. My bra was all wrong for an actual picture so I tried to keep my bra straps out of the photo. :). I bought this exact skirt in navy a couple summers ago and still wear it! The ruffles are super cute. It fits super true to size so I bought my normal size.

It’s CUTE in the green/white combo!

You guys! Look how cute this red, white, and blue tennis skirt is. I spied it online and immediately added to my cart. Bowen’s baseball team is red, white, and blue PLUS our local high school {and next year I’ll have TWO THERE}! Needless to say paired with a school tee or baseball tee, this will get lots of wear!

And this outfit I packed for Disney World this week….white tennis skirt and this black/white jacket. The skirt is a style I like…not too long or too short with a fun little ruffle around the bottom. I think it runs very true to size. The jacket is so soft. I got a medium in the jacket and much preferred it over the small.

Definitely a FAVORITE day, when both elementary school kids snag an award on the same day! Tab and I got to pop up to the school this morning to see the parade. {And since my computer wasn’t cooperating this morning I added an extra fave.}

Apparently, I’m a crazy dog lady now! ha! This week while I was gone Champ received his first grooming experience AND Tab sent me this picture saying, “he’s just walking around the house looking for me”. AWWWWW!!! A FAVORITE for Champ was my return! 😉
