Football Fashion-LAST one of the YEAR!

Hi Everyone! I can’t even believe this calendar year is on it’s last leg. It’s officially our last Football Fashion of 2022!

Before I even kick off the football talk, I must start by saying I’m praying for Mike Leach and his family. I know many details haven’t officially been released but it sounds like he’s in critical condition. Praying for him, his family, and the Mississippi State team as well.

Let’s get right into some weekend highlights…

*I’ve never attended the Army-Navy game, but we were able to attend the Army-Air Force game right there in West Point and it is one of the coolest football experiences we’ve had to date. The weather was extra fallish, all the fans were so kind, and knowing the sacrifice all the players were making just made the game extra special. So anytime a military school is on, it takes me back. 🙂

*On Sunday Bowen joined a friend for the Cowboys/Texans game where the Cowboys barely walked away with the WIN! Bowen had the very best time and spent the evening trying to convince me he needed to attend as many Cowboys’ games as possible.

*Speaking of Bowen, these two fools who barely knew what Fantasy Football was in August slithered their way to the Fantasy Super Bowl. I’m not sure if that’s what you even call it, that’s how much of a rookie I am. BUT I do know we’re playing for first this weekend!

*Congratulations are in order for Caleb Williams on winning the Heisman Trophy Saturday evening. You guys know I’m not a fan of him as of late, but I’m hopeful he rises to the challenge of becoming an amazing role model. #andallthemamassaidamen

*And who watched the Thursday night game between the Raiders and Rams?! Tab and I were up way too late watching Baker KILL IT! Man, that was fun to watch! In honor of Baker’s big game, let’s see what Rams’ gear we have…

Tervis Tumbler | Jersey | Sock Cap | Blue Floral Blouse | Tote Bag | Heart Necklace | Good American Skinny Jeans | Three Pack of Earrings | Yellow Sweater | Logo Cap | Logo Slippers | Black Denim

Some CUTE CUTE stuff! Most will arrive right in time for Christmas! Random plus, but the Rams’ gear reminded me…if you haven’t watched American Underdog, you need to! Add it to your must-do list this Christmas Break! You’ll love it!

Okay, friends! I’m off to do travel work, volunteer at kindergarten lunch, get as much moved into our master closet as possible, and to sprinkle in as much festive fun as I can fit.

If you see my sweet, sweet Grandma please wish her a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Today, I’m sending her all the birthday wishes from Texas all the way to Missouri. I have so many amazing childhood memories with those two in them all. Love them so very much!

Have the best Tuesday, everyone!

XO

I have thoroughly enjoyed these this football season. My son is a HUGE football fan, so thought I’d leaving you a tip I’ve done for years.

Each morning, especially during football season or draft time, etc., I open up ESPN and read all the highlights, hit the sports news locally on a few sites, hit his favorite college & pro team news before my son got up so I knew that we had some things that we could discuss. It was just one more way for us to connect and I absolutely loved it!

American Underdog was SO good!! Definitely agree with that recommendation! I laugh because every time my husband turns on a prime time game it is one of the LA teams playing – they always have late game showing in our (Houston) TV market!
