What We’re Eating This Week
Thanks to this…SCHOOL IS OUT…this week our dinners are all over the place!
Monday-The Shulls grilled a delicious dinner for us.
Tuesday-I had a girl’s dinner and the kids fed themselves.
Wednesday-A graduation party is on my plans this evening so again, the kids will probably fend for themselves.
Thursday-Dinner out before a another BIG Lovejoy baseball playoff game!
Friday-I have a cheer booster club dinner.
See what I mean about a CRAZY first week?! Next week I’ll try to get well-balanced meals on the table.

These summer days. They were some of my absolute FAVORITE days!
What I’m Loving
These last day of school pics. My girls are the only ones who participated with SMILES. :). {If you have boys, then you know what I mean.}
We were all so excited about THE LAST DAY!
What We’ve Been Up To
We’ve been watching LOTS of baseball. I added it up and consecutively from Wednesday to Monday I watched TEN baseball games live and in person. Whew! We are in the thick of it!
On Saturday, Britt helped with the coin flip. 🙂
Snagging second place in our tournament this weekend for Bowen’s team.

A weekend away from the house gets my laundry pile all backed up!
What I’m Excited About
First tournament of the season and this group walked away with the CHAMPIONSHIP!

What I’m Watching
It’s about to be one of my FAVORITE seasons…the College World Series Season! I love how it starts with 64 teams-some big schools, some small who all compete and eventually the top eight teams make their way to Omaha. We will have NOTHING on our television but this when it kicks off.
What I’m Listening To
Right now in McKinney, Texas, the temps haven’t really hit crazy summer highs so I can hear kids playing outside and it’s such a sweet sound.
What I’m Doing This Weekend
This weekend we’re dividing and conquering as much as humanly possible…I have cheer duties and then baseball mom duties.
Latest Amazon Purchase
When these kids of mine were younger, they didn’t have anywhere to be on most summer days so we spent our week days pool side. I’d get a nice tan from chasing kids around the pool, but nowadays I’m having to use sunless tanner to get some color! Just ordered this one!
What I’m Looking Forward to Next Month
Tab and I are getting away for a few days on another adventure!
