Friday evening we met friends at The Star for dinner out and then of course, we headed to the big open field so the kids could throw the ball a bit. Afterwards, I tried to get a family selfie. Attempt #1 missing four people.

I gave up and decided it would be just the two of us.
Saturday morning we were at the football field early for Nixon’s game. Ebby Lee was NOT feeling it.

And then I looked over to spy this….legs crossed and novel in hand.
Meanwhile Tab was at Bowen’s flag football game cheering on the Tigers. One of Bowen’s friends played on the other team so he thought it was extra fun…until they lost. #wompwomp
We had the most chill Saturday afternoon and then spent the evening snacking and watching football.
Yes! Yes! Yes!
A snacky supper was on the menu.
And my high school volleyball coach and his wife were in town so they stopped by to visit. It was SO fun catching up! In May I will have been out of high school for TWENTY YEARS! EEK!
Our Sunday was spent mostly at the baseball field. And we ended the weekend with showers and pajamas by 6:30. Hope you had a GREAT weekend too!
