Last week we got back from an AMAZING Walt Disney World Cheerleading Trip! This is a trip we’ve been working on planning for well over a year so to see it through to completion was extra magical. 🙂

Our local high school has a special tradition called, “Kiss the Bronco”. Theres a big bronco on the floor in the middle of the rotunda and when different groups are headed to nationals or state they have a little ceremony where the team “kisses the bronco”. Shay and I flew out before the team so Tab made it over to the school to see them off.

Super cool tradition!

Meanwhile, Shay, another mom and I were about to sit down to a little lunch at Beaches & Cream.
This trip was unlike the other Walt Disney World trips we plan because so much of it was up in the air. If the girls made it past the first round of the competition, then they’d compete the next day at a block of time. It was just a lot of “IFs”, but we did our best. We weren’t official chaperones but had other jobs like planning a special dinner, getting groceries, etc.

Shay and I along with a few other sophomore moms stayed at the BoardWalk Inn.

Friday afternoon these girls officially hit the mat for the first found!

The sophomore group of girls are a great group!

Got to snag a picture with my favorite cheerleader!

Afterward this group with some of my favorite moms hit up a few different resorts while we chit-chatted as much as possible.

Sophomores all dressed up after an evening out at Disney Springs.

Day 2, the moms hit up Magic Kingdom for a few rides and a little strolling down Main Street.

We hit up a few rides!

Pre-Tiana’s Bayou Adventure…

And the post! hahaha! {It was pretty warm so we didn’t even mind!}

We had this crew riding all the newest/latest rides! They were troopers!

These girls did an outstanding job! They didn’t end where they wanted to but did great! After finishing their competition, they were able to just enjoy Disney!

Another look at my favorite Disney outfit…skort {on sale under $18, I sized up because I wanted extra length but if you’re shorter than me, you’re probably fine} and crossbody. My sneakers are on major sale!

On our last full day the other moms headed home so Shay and I hit Epcot on our own after our favorite breakfast….Grand Floridian Cafe!

Terrible picture but can you spot the celebrity we saw through our breakfast window?

We’d purchased the Premier Pass for our day at Epcot. The Premier Pass is a pass that allows you to enjoy one-time entry to each Lightning Lane attraction in a theme park. We wanted to experience it so we participated and rode/enjoyed every attraction Epcot had to offer.

This video on Spaceship Earth makes me laugh EVERY time!

Bumped into my favorite cheerleader!

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure is such a fun ride and with the Premier Pass we got to head straight to that Lightning Lane entrance.
