it feels like THIS!! I’m all about cover-ups and tank tops in the summer. But at this point, I’ve reached my max. It is time for some cooler weather, scarves, and booties. Unfortunately, here in Texas I don’t see relief in sight.
Sunday at church one of my girlfriends, Amber, had on the cutest tank top. I asked her about it and guess where she told me it was from…
I mean. Don’t we all love Target? I went in for a couple things yesterday and walked out with so much stuff in my cart that all my kids had to walk! #howdoesthathappen

Thanks to my girl, Amber, I made a couple trips through the clothing department and thought I’d share a few of my favorites…
This flannel shirt went home with me. It’s super thick (not thin and cheapy feeling at all). I love the buffalo plaid on the inside and it was plenty long. Sometimes button ups like this can be too short on me, but this shirt wasn’t at all. The sizing on some things were all over the board. I got an XS in this shirt. Unfortunately, I’ve spent tons of time searching Target online to give you a link and it’s NOT on their website anywhere!!! Boo!
This tank was the one Amber was wearing at church. It was very Anthropologie-ish. So cute! But again…MIA on the website.
I remember last year sharing similar mixed media jackets and not wanting to spend much on one. This one was perfect at under $35. I got a medium in this jacket.
I had to show you my little Vanna White. 🙂
This long cardigan was cute, but it was a little too small. I needed a medium.
**A little addition to this post**
I text messaged Amber to make sure I could reference her. We discussed our Target trips and she was so sweet and sent me a couple of her Target finds to share with you.
Do I have the cutest friends or what?? Her picture is WAY better than me holding it up! haha! Isn’t that tank cute?? For size reference, she got a medium. She said she would have preferred a small, but they only had a medium so she made it work. I LOVE this tank!
SO cute!! And…it looked great with her cute Kendra earrings!
And Amber scored this popover. She has to dress up for work everyday, and this top is perfect. It can be dressed up or down and will go with tons. I’m loving her cute wedges!!

I thought I was going to show you some super affordable cute goodies today. It would have been so easy to shop from home, but it just didn’t work out that way. Sorry, ladies. I guess now you should go into Target for some toilet paper and try a few of these on along the way. Ryan will understand. 🙂
