On Sunday, we were celebrating for two reasons-Easter, He is Risen! AND Nixon Talbot turned double digits! I still remember like it was yesterday taking a pregnancy test on Tab’s birthday {August 10th}, picking up four-month-old Ebby Lee, and walking in Tab’s office {he was working from home} to tell him I was pregnant. Like. It. Was. Yesterday. Needless to say, Nixon has been surprising us ever since. 🙂
Nixon has been sports-obsessed since he was little, he’d prefer to be outside playing with his siblings or friends, and thanks to his recent visit to Pearl Harbor his latest interest is everything World War II. He is kind, funny-he can be super sarcastic, and a certain little lady who’s four-years-old happens to have him wrapped around her little finger.
Every year I “interview” my kids on their birthday so one day we can look back and laugh at some of the things they said. So this is Nixon’s ten-year-old Q and A…

Just FYI, reading about you picking up Ebby Lee and walking into Tab's office to tell him the great news makes me want to slip in to a full blown panic attack for you. God knew that it would be great, but gosh, my heart is racing just thinking about it! 🙂 Happy Birthday, Nixon!
That boy is so SWEET! No one is a bigger "helper" at my house than Nixon! I'll trade you one for him 😉 .
