Nashville Weekend

Hope your December is off to a magical start! I’m doing a little blog catch up with our Nashville weekend. The first weekend of Thanksgiving break {my kids were all off for the whole week} we got away for a quick weekend in Music City!

We took one of the last flights out of Dallas on Friday evening, landed in Nashville late, and got to bed quickly because Saturday we had some fun plans…

Tab and I were up early to walk the Vanderbilt campus and we stumbled upon Marty & McGee plus the SEC Nation broadcasting from the middle of campus.

I stood here and fangirled a bit!

But then Tim Tebow came out and I REALLY fan girled! I’ve always said, I’d love to meet him but who I really want to talk to is HIS MOM!

This Vanderbilt campus is absolutely gorgeous!

What a GORGEOUS place to go to school!

The trees were showing off during our stay! I mean…how pretty is that walk?!

We were excited to get to see some Vanderbilt football in person!

Proof the whole crew was there! It happens less and less nowadays so had to be documented.

The weather was absolutely perfect for a Saturday afternoon football game.

Britt enjoyed herself too!

Dierks Bentley was also in attendance!

VANDERBILT WIN TOUCHDOWN!!

We had dinner reservations walkable from the stadium which was so nice!

The next morning Tab and I set out for another morning walk.

Before we headed to Game #2 of the weekend….Titans and Seahawks!

Once again, the crew’s all here!

Free Titans’ glasses were a big win for Britt!

We left the game a bit early to hit Broadway. I was SO impressed with all the Titan’s decor.

Ebby Lee had one request on this trip….hitting up Morgan Wallen’s new place.

We did that just for her! I was impressed at how festive the bottom floor was with the trees!

We hung out on the rooftop area for a while catching some other NFL games.

We watched a little more live music before our dinner reservations. {I didn’t take a single pic.} We had a CRAZY EARLY flight the next morning. So thankful for a quick getaway with my favorite people.

XO
