My Favorite Recipe Right Now…

I find myself going through seasons in the kitchen.  I’ll have seasons of making way too many casseroles, then it might be salads, and right now….my favorite is baked tacos.  I wonder who was the first person to throw their meat and cheese in a shell and then bake it??  I’d like to know so I can personally THANK them!!  There are so many options and varieties I just can’t seem to get enough baked tacos.  Trust me.  Tacos are on the Slaughter menu at least once a week.

Here are a few of my favorite baked taco recipes…

This one is a favorite, because my children never even realize they’re eating spinach.  I chop it up really small and it’s a secret.  SSHH!

My very favorite thing about these tacos is you can cook your chicken in the slow cooker all day.  Come home and throw the tacos together.  Dinner is ready in a flash!

I made these tacos years ago and I still find myself pulling out this recipe.  They’re a classic beef, bean, and cheese taco and are simply delicious!

Hands-Down these are my VERY favorite!!  You can’t go wrong with this combo…if you’ve never made these, shame on you!  ðŸ™‚  ha!  I kid.  But for real.  Make them today!!

Oh my goodness!!  These baked tacos were DELICIOUS!!  My kids crumbled their shells up and essentially had nachos for dinner.  They loved it and so did I!

You know what I’ve learned about myself through this blog post…if you put a meat, cheese, barbecue sauce, and green onions on a taco, we’ll be BFF for life.  ðŸ™‚  No matter how much chicken I make when we have these for dinner, every single last bit of these are gone.  They are so good!!

What about you??  What’s your favorite way to eat a taco?

Now…who’s meeting for lunch?!  ðŸ™‚
