to visit the pumpkin patch!!! Daddy’s home this weekend and we’ve had SO much fun! We had dinner last night with some of our very favorite people, the Shulls. Ebby Lee had a soccer game this morning. Then we followed it up with a trip to the Pumpkin Patch!! I always envision this day to be a cool, crisp autumn day and it NEVER is! It’s always 85 or 90 degrees! Ugh! Luckily for Nixon, Tab was here and talked me out of his orange/grey (perfect for the pumpkin patch, in my opinion) sweater!
My homegirl was BRAVE this year! She’s growing up! She was all about petting some goats right from the start.
She did make this motion a couple times when they moved too quickly.
But…she was very successful and I was so proud!

This was a new addition to the pumpkin patch…a hay maze!! It was fun and pretty easy considering Ebby Lee led us through it!
Train time! Ebby Lee was pumped about riding this. Nixon…not so much! He told Tab right before it took off that his tummy hurt! ha! But…he was a champ and rode the whole thing without a tear!

Right before this was taken two grown women got into a loud disagreement (or fight but without pushing/hitting) over one asking the other to move so she could take a picture!! Crazy!! I really thought they were going to fight. It ended rather abruptly when one lady told the other, “to go back to her trailer” and she walked off! Isn’t that ridiculous?? At the pumpkin patch?

At this point, Nixon was so tired and wasn’t feeling the picture. But…we had so much fun at the pumpkin patch!! We’re pretending that it’s a cool crisp autumn day at our house. We’re ending the night with football, soup, and probably a drive around the neighborhood to look at all the spooky decorations! We’re loving the season!
