Hey Everyone!
FRIDAY FAVORITES are here! I’ve teamed up with Andrea and Narci to bring you some faves. Every Friday we invite you to join us!
Do you know what happens this weekend? The first official day of fall in 2018 happens!
I’m expecting to wake up to this…
Think I’ll be disappointed? 🙂
I strolled into Target earlier this week and found a couple things I wanted to share…
This football print tank…I think I can pair it with jeans and some jewelry or yoga pants while I’m watching from the couch. In this one, I got a medium and could have sized up more. {Keep in mind I’m wearing a sports bra above. Know what happens when I don’t put on real clothes all week? You get these pics of me in workout clothes with no make-up! Sorry, friends!}
Anyone else feel like this skull sweatshirt is taking over the internet? I’ve seen it on numerous blogs and social media so I apologize if you’re seeing it for the 57th time as well. 🙂 I sized up to a large for a super relaxed fit. Again, I think I’ll dress it up with booties {and front tuck it} and jeans or add some leggings.
And I also grabbed this Hocus Pocus tank, because apparently my costume last year is strongly influencing my fall wardrobe choices this year. ha! I’m crossing my fingers October cools off because I bought a black/white cardigan from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale that would be so cute over this tank BUT we need the temperatures to drop-just a tad. 😉 I got a small in this one because I didn’t want gaping arm holes.
Not from Target, but this one’s for all those Cowboys’ fans…
My sweet blogger friend, Natasha, featured this star print sweater which to me screamed, “DALLAS COWBOYS!”….I instantly ordered and thought it was so cute when it arrived. I’d never ordered from this retailer before but I received a text when it was shipped, which was nice. I grabbed a “12” in this one because I knew I didn’t want it to be tight. I love a sweater but a tight sweater? No way! The “12” is good…I wouldn’t want it any smaller and it wouldn’t have hurt to size up a little more.
If you read my post yesterday, then you saw I’ve been tackling Britt’s closet. I added a few new “fallish” things and wanted to share. Maybe you have someone needing these in her closet too. 😉
I ordered Britty some things from Matilda Jane’s latest release. You guys! It was SO CUTE! The colors were gorgeous…wine, mustard, orange…loved it all! This dress was one of the things I ordered. So cute and with super warm temps here in Texas…she’s dressed appropriately for the weather AND the season.
This mustard jumpsuit is from Old Navy. I placed an order before school and added it to my cart not knowing two things…
1. This material is CRAZY soft.
2. There are snaps so the entire jumpsuit doesn’t have to be taken off during a diaper change/bathroom stop.
My friend, Brittany, texted me last week letting me know she thought Britt needed this plaid dress. I couldn’t argue…it looked like a Britty dress to me too. 🙂 This one comes in both baby and big girl sizes.
Britt has the teeniest feet, but this summer her feet were big enough for Mini Melissa’s. I grabbed these during the Nordstrom Sale and they’ll be absolutely perfect all fall long.
Her pajama drawer is all stocked for the upcoming fall holidays too!
Apple PJ’s-sold out but they have a cute apple raincoat from the same brand.
One closet down, three to go.
Sigh.
Wanna hear some GREAT news??
I FINALLY got my license renewed! I only had to wait about an hour and a half WITH an appointment. If you’re local and would like more info and my recommendations, e-mail me. 🙂
There’s a LOT of rain in our forecast and {can’t even believe I’m typing it} some temperatures in the low 70’s!! BRING IT ON, FALL!
Hope you have a great weekend! I have a super fun giveaway next Monday, so be sure to stop by!
XO
Let's find out where that tree lined path is, and let's go there. Today. And all your tops are so cute!
Those are some super cute finds!!! I love all the fall wear for Britty too!
What cute finds! Woohooo for fall weather!
Why can't adult rompers have snaps for bathroom ease too?!?! It would be a game changer!
It feels like fall up here in the midwest too! Any time Iowa State is home I wonder if your hubby will be reffing our game!
Oh my gosh, look at all those cute fall finds for Britt – and YOU! I used to love wearing skulls when I was newly in college haha I felt SO chic. These days I'm too scared to try, but I love it on you! You make it look good!!!
Love that Cowboys sweater! Definitely checking that out for game days 🙂
Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful weekend. Living here in California, we don't get fall like most people.
Those shirts you found are so cute!!! And I love all the Maltida Jane stuff you bought. 🙂
I am so looking forward to fall, and that skull sweatshirt is super cute! Have a great weekend!

Love all your cute finds! And Brittany was right…Britt needed that dress! That Inspired Chick
Oh I just love those darling glittery shoes! I think it might have been quite dangerous for me to have had any little girls… all my money would have gone to clothing and accessories for sure.
Thank you for hosting this opportunity to bring bloggers together and share their posts. I look forward to your party each week. #OverTheMoon #WWBlogHop #ThursdayFavoriteThings.
Thank you so much for hosting the party! Happy Fall, Kippi
