Happy Happy Friday!
I’ve had a GREAT three days of training at Walt Disney World, but man-oh-man am I excited to get back to my people. By the time most of you are reading this, I’ll have already been up way before dawn to catch my flight back to Dallas. It’s been such a GREAT time! I can’t wait to share all the details with you next week!
First up-I’m talking two Trader Joe’s FAVORITES…have you tried these cauliflower pancakes? While I know it’s not like eating a big whole bunch of cauliflower, it has to be better than eating french fries? Right? We had Shay’s Cheeseburger Sliders from her Kids in the Kitchen Cookbook and I made these pancakes for me and Tab while the kiddos had fries. There’s some sort of cheesy goodness inside and Tab and I couldn’t shut up about how good they were! Add these to your cart, friends!
And have you tried THESE Trader Joe’s Egg Frittatas? Shay insisted I grab some at my last Trader Joe’s stop and I’m so glad she did. THEY ARE MY NEW BREAKFAST FAVORITE! I add a little pepper and this salsa on the side.

I saw this meme last Saturday and it was an instant FAVORITE. Want to know mine and Nixon’s FAVORITE way to spend our Saturday mornings? We snuggle up {he’d probably prefer me not to use that word} on the couch and watch College Game Day. It’s our FAVORITE so knowing we can watch tomorrow just makes me happy.

This new lipstick is a big FAVORITE! I also think it’s the most hydrating lip stick I’ve ever used. I couldn’t get over how glossy it felt but it was a lipstick only.

I really like that lipstick shade. It's very natural. I'm going to check out that summer reads post right after this one. I've been listening to a lot of books on audio lately and while I'm not super into reading thrillers, I find I really like listening to thrillers on audio. Not sure why it's different.

I Love those cauliflower pancakes, so yummy. I saw those egg frittatas I will have to pick them up next time. I tried to find the lemon cake you mentioned before, but they told me it will not be back till April. 😫 I bet your family was glad to have you home, enjoy your weekend with them!!! ❤️
