I’m gonna hit you with some patriotic FAVES today…
This is a 4th of July family FAVORITE dessert, Sugar Cookie Flag Pizza. It’s super easy {easy enough I, who am NOT a baker, can easily whip it up}…sugar cookie dough, cream cheese icing, and fruit…voila! I found this on another blog and am linking up because I’ve never taken pics of mine in the process. This dessert though takes me back to my childhood! It’s so good!

Speaking of patriotic desserts, I saw this easy cookie version of the fruit pizza. It sounds even easier if you don’t have as much time to create a flag or just need something to serve a few people. I’m sure it tastes just like our FAVORITE flag pizza.

If you need a little comfy USA inspired gear, this sweatshirt I sized up in to a large and love wearing it around the house. When we’re out in the sun at the pool and then come home to a cool house {sometimes-ha!}, this is the perfect addition to any cutoffs.

Is it weird to make my mother-in-law’s house a FAVORITE this week? Because we ALL voted it a FAVORITE! From actual breakfast foods to air conditioning to extra space to dinner made in a kitchen, my goodness-we’ve had a great week! I stopped by the house yesterday and saw them pulling out everything from our master bathroom and closet. We’re all officially living upstairs when we get back home next week.

Wow! I’m not sure I could handle the Texas high 90 degree heat & have no a/c in my house. Don’t know how you do it. I think I would be living with my in-laws until house construction was done, or it cooled off.
