Friday Favorites-5.1.20

Hey Hey!  Guess what everyone?
For some reason that graphic gets me EVERY TIME!

It’s FRIDAY AND it’s MAY 1st!  How pumped are we to be in a new month? Andrea and I are bringing you Friday Favorites.  Just like always, we invite bloggers to link up with us-simply grab our graphic, link up, and add your blog to the bottom of this post.

Today, instead of sharing some of my favorites with you…I decided to ask four of my FAVORITE people, my kiddos, to do the honors.  We talked about the kind of things I share on Fridays and then I asked them to share a few of their FRIDAY FAVORITES from the week with all of you.  And keep reading-some super fun stuff is at the bottom.

First up is Britty, who has grown approximately 4 years during this quarantine.  She’s academically doing really well, speech is great, and she’s growing!  All that to say, I wasn’t sure if she’d fully understand what I meant but friends-she didn’t even hesitate.
Britt’s first favorite…CHEESE!  Hahaha!  I feel the same way!  She likes it all, but this past week these Extra Sharp Cheddar String Cheeses have been her go-to.

Then she said “My Parents”, and she won the role of “Favorite Child” for the month.  🙂

Melissa and Doug Wooden Puzzles

We’ve been working on puzzles nonstop…colors, shapes, numbers, etc.

The boys were answering all the same so I combined their FAVORITES.

You know my boys have a love of Dude Perfect.  Well, they released a new quarantine video, Dude Perfect Quarantine Stereotypes, and it’s been on repeat around our house.
Blokus is the game of the week.  Battleship and Clue both had a big run, but there time is over.  This has been the week of Blokus.
Water Balloons have also made a big comeback with the Slaughter boys.  Now their least favorite thing is picking up every teeny tiny piece of balloon from the yard.

And then last but not least is Ebby Lee.  She’s as “tween” as it comes in her age and her interests.
No-Bake Cookie Dough Bites are in fact a FAMILY FAVORITE but Ebby Lee is the only one who remembered them at this time.  Almost every afternoon/evening Ebby Lee makes some sweet treat for our post-dinner dessert.  These cookie dough bites were DELICIOUS!

She’s been watching Little Women on repeat.  It’s SO GOOD.  Have you seen it?

We made an agreement she’d only watch the movie after she finished the book, Little Women.

And ALL THE CRAFTING!  She’s been making personalized bookmarks this week for each and every one of us.

That sums up the Slaughter Kids’ FAVORITES from the week!  What about YOU?
Do you have any new FAVES?
