Friday Favorites

Happy Friday, Friends!

I’ve teamed up with my girls, Andrea and Narci, to bring you all kinds of random favorites today.  ðŸ™‚

First up, is Bowen.  His preschool class has been studying Poland for the last several weeks.  They’ve learned about the country’s favorite food, the flag, toys in Poland, and anything else interesting to three and four year-olds.  At drop off on Thursday, they had a quick little song but first everyone had a hat to put on.  His face with this hat cracked me up.  Almost like…don’t let Nixon see this.  hahaha!

Then he warmed up to it a bit.

The class sang, “Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes” in Polish.  And by sang, I mean whispered.  There are no loud performers in his class so it was more of a silent song with motions.  ha!

We’ve been enjoying ALL THE BASEBALL!  Nixon was way too cool after his game last weekend to smile for the camera!

This kid was stoked the mom who brought snacks had extra for little siblings.

Nixon played int he morning and Bowen played in the afternoon.  Nix was helping Bowen warm up.  ðŸ˜‰

Check out the cutie on the pitcher’s mound.

Tab and I snuck away to a wedding reception on Saturday night.  One of his clients had gotten married back in the fall but they waited to have a big party until the spring.  It was in this quaint, peaceful location out in the country.  We had a great little night out celebrating the newlyweds.  We’d heard several times-super casual guys in jeans so I wasn’t really sure what to wear.  I ended up going with this dress and wedges and it was perfect.

We talked spring and Easter dresses on Monday.  If you’re in need of a dress, check it out.

Tuesday and Wednesday, I shared a little introduction (or re-introduction) and then ALL the random thoughts.  The hot topic included how often do you wash pajamas and towels?  You guys are passionate.  ðŸ™‚

On Thursday, I shared some thoughts about this girl.

We’re off today to meet up with Tab who’s teaching a football officiating clinic in Little Rock.  My parents are going to meet us half-way for a quick visit and we’ll start celebrating the birthday girl.  Hope you have a great weekend!  XO
