Friday Favorites

Happy Friday!

I hope you had a great week!

In typical Friday fashion, I’m joining Andrea and Narci, to share my FAVORITES!

This week I’m sharing a FAVORITE night from the week.  Last night Marla hosted a little birthday bash for me.  She is the hostess with the mostest and always has the cutest parties.  This one did not disappoint.  She invited the Shull family over along with our crew for a little celebration.

This was the front door when we arrived.  🙂  The theme was a donut pajama after dinner dessert party.  The sign said, “Donut Miss This Party”.  #seewhatshedidthere

The boys (Nixon and Smith) had a last minute football game so I dropped these cuties off and then went to watch the game before coming back to PARTY!  (Because of the football game the majority of us aren’t in our pajamas.)

The view when I walked in!

Check out Marla’s cute table!  It was adorable!  Ebby Lee couldn’t keep her eyes off it for one second.  ha!

And the table was decorated so cute as well…those donut pinatas were my favorite!

We feasted on glazed donuts, powdered donuts, and Fruit Loops.  She served milk, orange juice, and coffee.  It was the perfect after dinner (and football game) fare!

I posed with my birthday candle (and two little cuties). 🙂

Britt had no clue what was happening.  Haha!  Check out her FACE and she pulled her headband off right before the picture so she’s got wild woman hair!  She kind of has wild woman hair in all the pictures.  I should have tamed that mane, but we were too busy partying to notice hair.

Four girls dancing to “Happy Birthday to You”…well, one girl was looking confused but the other three were dancing.

Making a wish!  And Britt was cheering me on.

Marla had the cutest craft.  All the kiddos decorated a pillowcase and went home with a new pillow/pillowcase.  And at this point I celebrated five out of seven kiddos simply looking at the camera.  #winning  Wild woman in front pulled her bow off again.  #shesfastandshesnotlooking

The cute invitation!…Tab was out of town on a work trip so he missed the memo about “DONUT” missing the party.

And a huge THANK YOU to Marla for throwing such a cute party and making my birthday so special!  XOXO

Hope you girls have the BEST weekend!

I love the idea to just throw a fun small party for your girlfriends and kids. Too often we try to arrange a night out or big party and it's just a bit overwhelming. This theme is super fun and laid-back which is perfect for our stage of life (i.e., mommyhood is in control).
